1 hour ago1 hr @jkraus try a power cycle on the device. Unplug the device. While unplugged I would remove and reinsert the dongle to confirm good connection in the USB port. Plug the device back in. Wait 3-5 minutes for it to fully boot. Then log back into what you're using to see "not responding". Or you can try "reboot" from the web ui (http://polisy.local/system/upgrade - or replace "polisy.local" with the ip address of your system). If you're running 6.0.4 it's at the bottom of the screen). If you are running java admin console try the reboot button on the configuration tab.
