12 hours ago12 hr Hello,I have an EISY that I bought a few (maybe several) years ago to upgrade my ISY994i. Now that I'm finally getting around to the upgrade, I tried putting the EISY online and initially had some issues with UDMobile connecting to it correctly. I was able to get it to bootup and connect finally by manual entry of the address and port 8443. I then connected to it via the Admin Console on my Windows PC and found the "Upgrade Packages," clicked it and the Admin console shutdown immediately. I read it could take up to 30 minutes up update, so I waited about an hour. The device never came back online after that. In order to see what was happening, I hooked it into a monitor/kbd/mouse. FreeBSD boots and I can login, start.win command does not work (it asks for agreement to licensing then generates a lot of errors eventually failing to load. It no longer connects to the network (ifconfig shows only a loopback address, not an assigned DHCP address from my router. No amount of rebooting or even power cycling seems to bring it back to a usable state. Any thoughts on how to get this to work? Thanks very much,Dave TaylorSalt Lake City, UT

1 hour ago1 hr @daveslc and @EHall you both will probably need to open a support ticket with UD to get the best answer and resolution to this issue: https://www.universal-devices.com/my-ticketsMore than likely (certainly with @EHall) your devices were on an older version and there is/was a risk of them breaking in the most recent update mentioned here: https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/46475-updated-software-available/.
