9 hours ago9 hr I have used thr ISY for decades and been a member of this board for a long time. I need help. I am 81 years of age and my mental faculties are in decline. This morning when I awoke none of my spokens or programs worked. I rebooted all hubs, reset switches and powered the ISY994i I off and on. It was then I noticed the ISY had a blinking error light. I am aware I need to upgrade my technology. If so, I am going to need hands on technical assistance from UDI to get this done. I am aware I will need to pay for the equipment and technical assistance. If this is possible how can I proceed? Please help.
9 hours ago9 hr ISY994 is obsolete, so it is out of our support timeframe. However it is very likely the SD card has gone bad. If you have backup this may be the easiest/quickest repair.
9 hours ago9 hr Author Thank, Javi. I want to upgrade my system, but I am going to need hands on help for which I will pay. Can UDI remote in and do that? I have an older backup of my ISY that should suffice.
8 hours ago8 hr @DWheeler ,Yes of course. We have professionals, such as Mr. Steve Lee, who can remote in and fix things for you:Each product also comes with a variation that includes Installation Support, such as [this one].With kind regards,Michel
8 hours ago8 hr Author Thanks, Michel. UDI has been and continues to be an amazing company with extraordinary leadership. I will be going on a week long vacation starting next Saturday. Would you be so kind as to tell me how to contact Steve when I return?

I will place the order as soon as I return. I have all Insteon devices, a maximum of 50. Which EISY will best meet my needs?
1 hour ago1 hr @DWheeler One thing you can try to get your ISY994 running while your're waiting for your new hardware:Remove power from the ISY, remove the SD Card and clean its contacts with a soft eraser, replace it and power up the the ISYLet me know it that helped.
