Plugin delete failed

Tried to delete HoneywellHome plugin but it is still present on the dashboard as "unmanaged" and no delete option. How can I delete it?

@SHM close/log out of PG3 and/or eisy_ui. Open admin console and try to remove it from the listing in the plugins there.

Menu - Plugins - configure - Range of slot it is installed in - HoneywellHome - "Delete" (button on the bottom)

Usually the "unmanaged" means it was installed by PG2 or cloud in the past and when migrated to PG3 it became unmanaged. I've not seen mention of there being issues with it being deleted then showing as unmanaged. I wonder if it's a browser cache issue and if it goes away if you force a refresh of the browser. But, since the "unmanaged" is something from the past I believe the option was to remove it from the listing in admin console. Otherwise, UD is needed to get it cleaned up.

If that doesn't work open a support ticket with UD. https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets/

NOTE: Configuring or changing plugins from the admin console is not the proper way. This is only suggested as a way to remove the "unmanaged" plugin. The current suggested method to alter plugins is through eisy_ui then the plugins link within that web function. It is no longer advised to try to get to PG3 through the "old"/previous 3000 port address.
