September 6Sep 6 I've been using the eisy-ui pre-release for a couple of months and still have the Admin console.I'm now lost in the weeds. I tried to migrate to the new eisy-ui. In trying to open I get a notice that eisy-ui can't be found. Can anyone please walk me through all the steps to replace my Admin console with the new release of eisy-ui and if I need to and how to delete the pre-release if necessary? Note: running on the latest Apple OS Thanks

September 6Sep 6 Well eisy-ui isn't yet a replacement for admin console, but it's a great time to learn it, as it becomes more complete. If it was working before but isn't now, you should try doing "upgrade packages " from admin console. If that doesn't work, you might need to open a ticket.
September 7Sep 7 Author Thanks. I'm up and running. I'm not sure if what I did this morning fixed it? In the transition sequence, I don't remember if I restarted or rebooted or if that madw a difference or not. Thinking about that, I manually turned off the Eisy computer itself and then turned it back on. When I tried to start the program, all was fine. I made a couole of adjustments to a program and created a new one to become familiar with the new interface and all seems fine.

Yesterday at 01:37 PM1 day Using the IP address, as Guy suggests, is the only way I can access eisy.ui since macOS (Sequoia and newer web browsers including Safari and Firefox) do not give an option to access a non-secure web address. But once logged in with eisy's IP address and later when logged out for inactivity, if you refresh the page to log in again, the appended characters in the URL that were added during browsing within eisy.ui will prevent login from working. In that case, remove the appended characters at the end of the URL leaving only eisy's IP address. Or use a password manager to login each time. By comparison, on Windows 10 the Edge browser permits access to a non-secure site by accepting the risk.
