September 26Sep 26 I tried Show PLM Links Table on eisy-ui (beta 1.3.11_1), but all I see is this ... should it be displaying actual data or are my links really hosed?
September 26Sep 26 I don't have an Eisy, but you should see some activity in the Event Viewer (Level 3) when it tries to read the PLM. The 1st line [GET-LNK-RSP] is a must. If it is not displayed, the Eisy isn't trying to read the PLM. If the process is functioning correctly, the Eisy will continue issuing [GET-NEXT-LNK-RSP] commands until it hits the end of the PLM table.Sat 09/26/2026 05:05:07 PM : [GET-LNK-RSP ] 02 69 06Sat 09/26/2026 05:05:07 PM : [LNK-DATA ] 02 57 E2 00 58 B0 78 01 20 45Sat 09/26/2026 05:05:08 PM : [GET-NEXT-LNK-RSP] 02 6A 06Sat 09/26/2026 05:05:08 PM : [LNK-DATA ] 02 57 E2 10 58 B0 78 01 20 45
September 26Sep 26 Author @IndyMike Thanks. I opened the event viewer in the AC and it does see the links via in the Admin Console, but the new eisy-ui doesn't appear to show them.
September 26Sep 26 @dwengrovitz I'm runing 1.3.11_1 and i'm able to view both the device and PLM link tables in eisy-uiDid you try rebooting the eisy
Yesterday at 01:09 PM1 day Where do you guys even see the options for PLM or Device links? I don't see anything in eisy-ui like I'm used-to in the java Admin Console:

Yesterday at 04:02 PM1 day Thanks, Javi - there it is!Weirdly, my PLM links shows empty! Even if I use Advanced -> Restore Modem (PLM). Always empty. But the Admin Console (Java) shows PLM links. Edited yesterday at 04:06 PM1 day by GPritchard
Yesterday at 06:35 PM1 day I just checked my eisy... with eisy-ui show PLM links reports "no records found" -- But it also says system busy and event viewer shows eisy receiving something like 870 lines, presumably from the PLM. In fact if I open the admin console it shows the PLM links table scrolling on the screen in response to the eisy-ui initiated process. Clearly something is amiss with eisy-ui display. Otherwise system is behaving normally. This is with eisy-ui 1.4.3_1 and IoX 6.1.2_10.

The problem still exists for me on eisy-ui beta 1.4.2. The system looks like it's busy doing something, but no data ever gets displayed. See screenshot below ... eventually, the orange box goes away and the white remains, with no link data displayed. Edited yesterday at 10:11 PM1 day by dwengrovitz
10 hours ago10 hr Is this using the remote or local connection? If using remote verify the eisy-ui version number is correct in the Address bar
7 hours ago7 hr @Javi I am using local connection -- on same LAN. login using eisy.local. It seems to run the query but almost before the query would have time to show any data the box says no records found.
