This is the error i get, it was working fine earlier and now when i came back and logged in, it gave me this

message.... did i do something wrong, i just updated packages as usual and it said all was updated.

File not found: eisy-ui-1.4.5/index.htm

any help would be appreciated,

i should add that i was working remotely thru my.isy.io under eisy.ui
