20 hours ago20 hr Why?It's not something I look at and say "Oh! Something is not right." For me, wasted screen space. There are so many devices in my system I can't possible discern any value from this. What am I missing? Edited 20 hours ago20 hr by nowandthen
8 hours ago8 hr I understand that this percentage applies to a Scene, and indicates the scene-members' aggregate status. For example, if a scene had 5 members, and one only was at 100% while the others were off, the "mean status" would be 20%. Perhaps that lone device was manually turned on...But, despite my understanding (which I hope is correct), I find minimal value too. Edited 8 hours ago8 hr by GPritchard
8 hours ago8 hr Hah, I noticed that too. It seems to indicate the "On" percentage of my entire system! Not sure if it's really meant for some unspecified purpose. An idea of your home's energy consumption?

The IoX group (or whatever the eisy is named by the user) is a special group. Depending on the application, it may not be much use here for some users. This can be useful in the future for lighting control groups, e.g. to force a group to act as a single entity with status. This would allow widgets, currently scenes have no status so there is no way to link it to a slider's current value. See UD Mobile's implementation for scenes for an example.
