There seems to be no way to query the date (just the time). The ISY doesn't know if it is winter or summer. Am I missing something?

You can use dates as program conditions. Is this what you are asking?

I somehow missed that, where exactly is that? It doesn't appear in the schedule dialog that I can see.

After you click on the Schedule button, remove the checkmark from the Daily box to reveal a date selector. Change the Time Is to From to get both a start and an end date.

Hmm, still a little short of the mark. You would have to reset it each year, you can't set it to a certain month for example, only day/month/year.

Yes you can, but that is clumsy. Seems that allowing for a wildcard year shouldn't be too difficult. Hope it gets "on the list".

Yes, indeed. Currently we are trying to have an offiical release. Once we have the release then we have a list of requirements to implemnet for the next cycle. We choose requirements to be implemented based on many factors one of which is "whether or not there is any workaround" ...
