garybixler Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 Hello I was wondering if maybe a system up time clock might be added so one could tell at a glance if the ISY had rebooted for any reason. Thanks Gary
oskrypuch Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 You could also specify a program to run on startup that sends you a notice by email. That is such a good idea, I'm going to do that. * Orest
Brian H Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 I believe if you look in the error log. A "-5 Start" entry indicates a reboot. Though not as easy as a GUI display.
Michel Kohanim Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 Hi Gary, The only reason we do not have a system up time is because ISY should never reboot by itself. If it does, then there's a problem. So, then only times ISY reboots should be power outage or user intended. And as suggested by Brian and Orest, the ugly way of figuring it out is by checking the logs between to Starts. With kind regards, Michel
