Nothing else has changed except I went froma Trendnet Dual Band router to the Linksys dual band router, the E3200.

I can't see My Lighting anymore. I am in Windows 7 and I did not change the Windows firewall. I set up my router configurations the same way as the Trendnet.

Is ther something specific in the Linksys configuration and firewall that I do not know about?

What else can I do?(what have I done!!!?)

Hello Pazium,

 

If you have setup your ISY with a static IP addres and if that IP address is not in the range of the new router, then you will not see your ISY on your network.

 

What you have to do is - and this requires a GOOD backup:

1. Factory reset your ISY

2. Restore you backup; when you are asked whehter or not you want to change DHCP to the static IP address (as it's the case in your backup) say NO

 

In essence, we are making your ISY use DHCP.

What about putting the old router back in and seeing if it connects? From there you might be able change settings on the isy to accomodate the new router without doing a reset.
