SteveSBE Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 I have a problem with my 2441v Insteon Thermostat Adaptor. I lost connection with it and could not get it back in ISY. I tried to query it but it would not fix the problem. Then I deleted it and re-added it. I got two errors: "Failed writing the highwater mark" and "Node not added - failed removing links". This was using version 2.8.16. So I upgraded to 3.1.6 and repeated the above install. Got the errors: "Failed writing the highwater mark" with a code [-200000/-1] and "Node not added - failed removing links" with a code of [-200000/-9]. I have a Smartlabs Insteon Thermostat RF Adapter #2441V. It has a "1810 REV 2.1" above the address. Any idea about what this problem is about?
