Irrigation Add-On Module Not Appearing

I have the weatherbug module and recently purchased the irrigation module. Unfortunately, the irrigation add-on doesn't appear in my climate tab. It didn't appear when I had firmware 3.1.7, I just updated to 3.1.9 now and it still doesn't show up. When I click purchase modules, it shows that I purchased the irrigation module, when I click manage modules, it says they are up to date. Under help about, the product info lists Open-ADR and Weather Information only. Is there a way to force the module to be downloaded again?

Hello,

I'm running into the same situation. I upgraded from 2.8.16 to 3.1.9 after purchasing the Irrigation Module, but it's not showing up in the Climate tab.

It shows that it's been purchased under Manage Modules, but it only shows Open Auto-DR and Weather Information in Help About.

I'll submit my UUID to that email address, but I wanted to post here just in case there's something else I may need to do?

Thanks!

Update: UDI Sales reactivated the Irrigation Module -- thank you -- so I was able to go to Help->Manage Modules and it pulled the module down. After the ISY was restarted and the Admin console opened, I now see the "Irrigation/ETo Module" in Help->About. However, the Irrigation module still doesn't show up on the Climate tab. Any ideas?

Thanks,

-Ken

Thank you for the response, but I'm on a mac.

I the believe correct way to clear the java cache on a mac is to delete all of the files shown in the Java Preferences app (in the Applications\Utilities folder)? See attached screen shot.

Unfortunately, that didn't help. What am I missing?

Thanks,

-Ken

Hello kyeck,

For MAC, in most cases a reboot is necessary to clear Java cache files.

Alternatively, you can click on View Cache Files and remove them one at a time.

Furthermore, you have to make sure that you are going to the correct URL, in this case, http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.1.9/admin.jnlp (or directly to your ISY's IP address).

With kind regards,

Michel
