jmael Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 Every time I try to open the UDI page to set my Insteon lights, I need to restart my computer. Alternatively, I can open and close the UDI page multiple times until it asks if I want to apply a certain applet. Then it works. Any suggestion on how to make it work like my windows computer? Michel Kohanim Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 Hello jmael, This is a behavior that we have never seen before and thus it's quite difficult to diagnose remotely. My recommendations: 1. Go to Spotlight and type Java Preferences 2. In the Security tab, remove all certificates 3. In the Network tab, click on View Cache Files and remove each and every one If all fails, please do be kind enough to call our support so that we can log into your computer and see what's going on. When I called Insteon gold support, they told me that they were uncomfortable working with MACs and really didn't know what to do. They sent me back to post on your forum.
