Resetting my ISY-99I

I had a power outage a while ago and I was no longer able to talk to ISY when out of my WiFi. When I went to make the changes to be able to communicate again I accidently made an incorrect change and now I cannot talk at all to the ISY. I need to bring it back to factory defaults. I have a (mostly current) configuration file that I can then download to it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ok I reset it by pressing the reset button on the front until the lights started to blink. After it reset I went to connect using http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/

 

Once the user interface came up I got the following error:XML Parse Error http://192.168.1.101:/desc

Can you tell me the status of the lights on the front of the unit?

The only light on is the Power light and it is solid blue
