hello,

 

I am setting up a new computer and all i get is the Java Circle spinning and spinning..

 

It's a win7 64 bit system but i'm pretty sure my IE is 32 ( have both versions of Java installed)

still works on other win7 computers in same office...

What URL do you use to access ISY? Please try the following and let me know if you still have the same issue:

http://www.universal-devices.com/99i//admin.jnlp

 

Replace with:

- Nothing if you are on 3.2.6 (i.e. http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp)

- Firmware version otherwise (i.e. http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.3.1/admin.jnlp)

still nothing -except i get a JAVA splash and an indication of downloading the admin console but status bar never moves

Please note that due to some Java security issues, some browsers (especially IE) may have deactivated Java altogether.

 

Can you make sure Java is still enabled in your browser? Does this happen on all browsers? What's your Java version?

it's enabled as far as i can tell / happens in Safari too / version 7

Did you install the 64 bit version of Java?
