I started getting this recently whenever I try to add a Zigbee device. I already have (had until I tried a ZMatter dongle reset) others that ran Zigbee just fine. Anyway, when I would attempt to add, the log would show an interview start and then the messages ZBEE-Log Terminating, then ZMATTER-Log terminating, then the whole system would freeze.
