@kurelgyer,
You are not the bad guy, we are because it's been delayed so much. Most of the issues are related to commissioning and we may have found a good solution. I am hoping to provide you with more accurate ETA shortly.

Unless your utility provider told you that you need an OpenADR VEN, you do not need the OpenADR version.

Michel Kohanim's post in Eisy SSD - How to actually 'enable' it? was marked as the answer
Hi @TomNow2,
You can definitely do that by plugging it. It'll show up as /dev/nvd0. You can then create a file system and use it as extra storage.

Michel Kohanim's post in Top level folder delete was marked as the answer
@TheA2Z,
No, that's the root folder usually named IoX or ISY. You can rename it (as you have done) but you cannot remove it.

Michel Kohanim's post in After Node Server reinstall, server is not starting. was marked as the answer
Hello everyone, please try again:
1. Upgrade Packages
2. Install Dev Packages
3. <Restart IoX>
4. Reinstall Kasa (you must reinstall)
5. Ignore timeout ... compilation of kasa module takes about 5 minutes on eisy and 10 minutes on polisy

If you don't use ISY Portal for remote access, then you don't need it. Local programming will continue to work.

Michel Kohanim's post in Migrating PLM from HCA to eISY. Can I import everything already in the Link tables? was marked as the answer
@cwhogan,
You can get eisy to crawl your INSTEON network (https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Link_Management_Menu#Common_Options) but, as @Techman suggested, it's much cleaner/faster to start from scratch. Perhaps you can use the 2nd option just to bring in the IDs of all devices and then do the rest from eisy.

@jtara92101,
If your utility have not told you anything about OpenADR, then just get the normal version. You can always install an OpenADR Certificate later.
