This sounds like a pure JAVA issue on the computer. Do you have access to any other computer to try? I would help more but not a windows guy.

What computer. If on a mac I can probably help since I am a certified mac tech. May be your java version. (Version 8 Update 391 is the latest). May need total java uninstall and reinstall. (You can download the JAVA uninstaller and then run the latest installer). And I assume you have tried a computer reboot. Those things can work on both mac and pc.

I thought I would pick one up in case I ever need to re-image the card. I had to do that on Polisy when the OS was corrupted. Problem is not too familiar with NVMe. I found two. The first one warns you it only works with NVMe 2. Not sure whats in the EISY? Upgrade two Polisy and one EISY. On EISY nothing came up (yes I rebooted when done) but I could SSH in so I did sudo shutdown -r now and then it rebooted again and everything came up fine

That worked!!! Now says Winter Weather Advisory and said Winter Storm Watch last night Jeff

Hazardous Weather Outlook are issued daily. Its not a watch or a warning. I would be surprized if that came up. In fact, I would not want it to. Those are to tell you in the next 7 days if there is anything to watch for. Sometimes it says none. Mine is in debug waiting on something.

Switched mine. Will wait and see

If you dont know yours you can always use 8.8.8.8 which is google dns

Since @dbuss logs are probably already archived, I am not sure if @dbuss could SSH and get them. If not we are in for a weekend storm and I could send logs when our watches come out. Most likely Thursday. We would have Winter Storm Watch and then Warning a day later. Right now no alerts.

Bob did the programming but I have been testing this. I see it in programs now but as you know its hard to test when there is no alert. From your image, I see it sees an alert. Minor so I would assume thats the Watch. I can confirm if there are two at the same time it only shows one. I forget how it picks which one. But thats not the case either. I am thinking the database is working for programs but not being sent back to the ISY. Have to leave this one for Bob. I cant even test since we have no alerts. Models show a possible winter storm for next weekend but a week out so who knows. If I can test I will. I can confirm a dense fog advisory came out and worked last week I have alexa announce the alerts if you are interested. I know she has notifications for alerts but she does not actually say it unless you have her read the notifications. So I have a program that says if this alert then push a button (using Virtual Buttons nodederver which has ALexa buttons). You can also do it with variables exposed as motion sensors. So if Dense Fog Advisory it pushes the button and alexa says Dense Fog Advisory issued for and says my address. So if the storm works out and Bob fixes it I will report back if it works next weekend!!!

PG3x is at 3.2.17 which I think does not matter but I do know it requires the latest UDX which came out after 3.2.16. You can get both by doing UPGRADE PACKAGES in the configuration tab of Admin Console. After that you may or may not have to reinstall KASA. I had to but working great now.

Almost fixed. It still cuts off. Missing Winter Storm Watch and Winter Weather Advisory. The last one is winter Storm Warning but alphabetically those two missing would come after that. Maybe more missing but those two are for sure.

On EISY I am trying to write programs for Winter Storm Warning. The Alert Type only goes through F. Maybe a limit to ISY. If so could you Split up somehow Alert A-F. Alert G-M. etc? Screenshot attached. Confirmed on both PC and Mac,

I did the update. Mine shows 0% for both battery and battery life for all 4 of my units. 2 of the 4 units are powered only so that makes sense. The other two are battery units but I have them powered. So maybe it just assumes those dont have batteries but if the power goes out on those they keep running. (Not the newer ones) It does show MV and they are in normal range.

let us know if another try works. I was sure it was the voting that fixed it but you proved me wrong. You should have voted twice. LOL All kidding aside, how did you reinstall. Dont delete and reinstall. What I did is go to plugins, install, and then it says already installed in slot X- Reinstall here. Thats what I did. Then wait. Oh one other thing. DOnt do the reinstall until your Query on Startup is done and all of your plugins say connected (except KASA) on pg3x. I think that may also be a key. Then do the reinstall and then walk away for a while and leave the dashboard open. 1-2 hours later I got the connected notice in UD mobile and when I looked at the dashboard it said connected. I did get several failed notices but I ignored them as instructed. Jeff

Update- You forgot one step. Go out and run errands, vote, etc. It has been well over an hour and when I left it said 40 minutes. Now at 3:30 it randomly just connected. I was not even here. More like 90 minutes. Strange but working!!!!

I did this twice. Waited 30 min the last time and no go. I will have to file a support ticket if you are sure its working.

MAC USERS- BACKUP YOUR POLISY with OS and Restore I used this on my SD for my Pi and works great. Going to try it this week on the Polisy SD. I had to order the reader for it. https://www.tweaking4all.com/software/macosx-software/applepi-baker-v2/#DownloadApplePiBaker I am running the beta which works on latest mac OS. The cool thing here is you can image your Polisy after you set up. That way you have a clean OS backup. I will report results. I know it works on Pi.

Its been well over an hour but I will try again and install the logs. I just rebooted again but that was an hour later after I did the install Upgrade Packages/install Dev Packages Ok just deleted the nodeserver.....reinstalled. Waited for it to say successfully installed and it did. Check and not connected. Keeps saying No Module Named Kasa Switched logs to DEBUG and restarted nodeserver Logs attached Kasa_11-6-2023_74242-PM.zip
