I found the article that showed me how to add access to my Admin Console. It found my ISY when I added it via the URL and it looked like it was going to work. It opened and asked me to login but the username and password I use at home did not work. Ideas?

Can I connect to my ISY through the internet when I am not at home? I use the ISY Launcher at home to start the Admin Console but my ISY doesn't show up when I try to connect from a remote location. Thanks.

Nope. 2457D2, Rev 1.33.

So I replaced the 1st lamplinc with a Rev 1.33 with a lamplinc with a rev 1.5 and it works fine.

I tried swapping a bulb in another lamp connected to a different lamplinc that was working fine. The problem stayed with the 1st lamplinc. The swapped bulb worked fine in the 2nd lamp. Wonder if I need to remove the 1st lamplinc from my devices and re-add it?

I have a Lamplinc device in my family room that has been working fine. I had to replace the LED light bulb in the lamp that is plugged into the Lamplinc with a new LED bulb. Now, when the lamplinc is on, the light is on. Perfect. But when I turn the scene off that turns all the family room devices off, this Lamplinc blinks the lamp on and off without stopping. How to fix?

@DennisC Thanks. I was trying to copy from the code detail pane. I didn't know I could go out to the Programs pane, select a program and then right click to Copy to Clipboard. Much appreciated.

What is the best way to copy program code I've written for my ISY994 so I can put it into some documentation? Thanks.

When I log into my.isy.io and choose Select Tool/Connectivity/Amazon Echo, the list of devices doesn't match what is currently defined in my Admin Console. I have an on/off plug called Plug 9 - Hutch in my admin console. I recently renamed it to this. In my.isy.io, it is called Plug 9 - Tree. How do I get my.isy.io to download the latest configuration in my ISY? I tried the refresh button but it didn't do anything. Thanks for the help.

OK, I have a way to launch the Admin Console now and maybe that is the way I should be doing it all along. I went to the wiki and read about the ISY Launcher. I have a shortcut on my desktop now for it. If I double click that, I get a window that shows my ISY device. When I click on that, i get a popup that says Admin Console or Dashboard. I choose Admin Console and I get in. Is that the way I should be accessing from now on? I have another icon on my desktop (Mac) that says "Admin Console 2" but when I try that, I get the errors shown in the first post.

Might be the wrong forum for this but I tried to update to the released 5.3 software. I was running beta 5.0.16 I believe. I do have a backup I made right before I tried updating. I'm not sure if I messed it up or not. Like a dummy, I had multiple things going on and a window popped up at some point during the installation and I pressed the Cancel button because I thought it was something else. Ugh. I was able to log into the Admin Console one time and the Help About showing firmware 5.3 and UI 5.3 but now I can now longer open the Admin Console. When I click on the Admin Console icon on my desktop, it says "Downloading the app" or something close to that and then I get an unable to launch the application. See attached. I am also attaching the Details info. Please me fix my problem I brought on myself.

All SMS notifications through vtext.com quit working on 12/21/20. They worked flawlessly before that. I've seen other threads about vtext issues and some people having trouble but others not. Any other recent experiences like mine?

Is there some log file I can look at to try and figure out why a particular 2635-222 On/Off module goes on at random times? It is not due to a program running. Suggestions?

It used to be with the 2457 dimmable switch, when you have LED lights (e.g. string of Christmas lights) plugged in and you turned the switch off, a small amount of current leaked through such that the lights were still dimly lit. But if I used a 2635 on/off switch, the lights would go completely out. Anyone know if that is true of the latest revs for the dimmable switches?

I have a program for a motion sensor in my garage to turn on the lights if they're off based on motion detected, wait 5 minutes, and then turn them off again. But the lights never go out. The program shows the correct last run time but never shows it's waiting for timer. What am I messing up? I've tried using both the Control and Status on the motion sensor with no change in behavior. I know it has to be something simple but I can't see it. Help appreciated. Thanks.
