Moving my ISY seems to have fixed this issue too.

Moving the ISY seems to have resolved this flood of messages.

I just read another older thread that suggested moving my ISY or adding Ferrite Ring Core to power cable. I have NO X10 devices in my system. I will try moving the ISY.

My event log is being flooded with the same message over and over which I'm sure can't be good for my environment. Log attached. What are these events telling me? (besides something's broken) ISY-Events-Log.v5.3.4__Fri 2023.10.27 08.55.12 AM.txt

I am still trying to limp along using my old, out of support, ISY994i. I am trying to use one of 2 old motion sensors that used to work again. The sensor is a 2842-222 sensor with address 27.B5.BB. I am attaching the log file and the resulting failure screen message. Ideas? ISY-Events-Log.v5.3.4__Fri 2023.10.27 08.33.45 AM.txt

I routinely get on my iPhone from the UD Mobile app, a report that my UD Portal has gone offline. It's usually around 4am. Then a couple minutes later, I get a message saying it's back online. Is this normal?
-
I don't see a Query All program but I thought there used to be one.
-
Yes I am. I'm getting 2 "Item Not Found" messages now too. But I have hit the Query button the devices with red ! points and the devices are coming back online. No clue what happened.

This repaired PLM has been working fine for several months.
-
There are 49 links in the PLM table and the PLM status check looks ok. See attached. What's next? Devices still show red !.
-
All my INSTEON devices show with the red ! and I cannot communicate with any of them. I am using a PLM that was recently repaired by INSTEON. e.g. I tried to see the Device Links Table for a specific INSTEON device and the error I got is attached. I have not had to diagnose a major failure like this in a long time and I'm at a loss as to how to proceed. Suggestions?

Thanks all for the help. Much appreciated!

I have installed a motion sensor outside our front door and an Insteon on/off switch for the lights on our porch. I have a simple program that turns the lights on when motion is detected and it's between sunset of current day and sunrise of next day. The lights come on. Then I have a WAIT 5 Minutes statement followed by a command to turn the lights off BUT they never go off. See attached. What am I missing?

I was mistaken about my Z-wave devices. They're working fine. As soon as I plug them in, they show ready in the Admin Console. I unplugged my PLM and plugged it back in again. I also pulled the power from the ISY and waited a bit and plugged it back in. I seem to be communicating again but for how long? Not sure if my repaired PLM is marginal or what. I did pre-order a brand new one.

No difference on previous MacOS so I don't think that's the issue. When I query an INSTEON device, I just end up with the red ! mark by the device. I tried quering a Z-wave device and a pop up says "Could not open file [/CONF/PORTALS.PSF] Subcriber didn't reply to event: 1" Ideas? Is my ISY all of sudden dead?

I am booting up my old iMac again that has MacOS Monterey to see if the Admin Console works there. If it does, something in Ventura broke the console.
-
I just cleared the Java cache, downloaded the start.jnlp from the wiki and have the same result. The admin console cannot connect to any device - INSTEON or Z-wave. Is anyone here running MacOS Ventura successfully with ISY994i?
-
This is a follow-on question to this topic. My repaired PLM had been working fine... until today. Programs were working, voice commands thru Alexa were working, etc. What has changed? I updated my Mac to MacOS Ventura 13.3 this morning. Now all my devices including Z-wave devices are unreachable thru the Admin Console. Is this a Ventura issue? Is the PLM used in communicating with Z-wave devices? Ideas?

So as soon as I put the Echo back in the original outlet, the events started again. On the different outlet, no events so it must be the physical outlet. I'm going to try replacing it and see what happens. It's just a plain outlet, not a GFI, so it's a cheap attempt at a fix.
-
The PLM is on a different circuit already.
-
Well, still no events so I'm going to move the Echo back to the original outlet and see if the events start up again. If they do, it must be the outlet itself? Could it still be the power supply even though it's not generating events now on a different outlet?
-
So I had the events start showing up again so I once again moved my Echo to a different outlet. The Events stopped and haven't returned. I'm going to leave it for 24 hours. If the events don't return, I'll move the Echo back to the original outlet and see if the events come back. If they do, it must be that outlet rather than the Echo I'm guessing. We'll see.
-
I will be doing that from now on.

So for my Insteon devices, I can look at the address and then find that device in my control panel. Z-Wave devices have no address on them. When I'm looking at a Z-wave outlet I'm not currently using, how do I know which one it is in my control panel?
