  1. Delete your Java cache including applications, that will remove the admin console
  2. Is it possible that the sensors are getting tripped multiple times because the location they're sitting in is bridging the contacts. Are they sitting on a dry, non-conductive surface?
  3. Techman replied to smokegrub's topic in ISY994
Are you using your local UI 4.3.26 to access the remote ISY? If so, that might explain the disparity

Make sure that the device names in your program match those in the scene. Click on the "RUN THEN" clause in your program then manually turn on your light switch. The light should come on at 30%. If that's the case then it's working correctly .

Do you mean that the sensor is 10 feet from the PLM? Is the PLM a dual band model? If so and it still doesn't work then try removing and reinstalling the sensor.

Place the sensor on a wet paper towel, the wet node should show as on in the ISY. Press the set button on the leak sensor to re-set off the wet node to off and the dry node to on You'll need to have a dual band device within fairly close proximity to the sensor in order to insure good RF communications between the sensor and the ISY

Remove the 2477D from the scene then add it back to the scene as a controller It needs to be a controller in order to control the scene that's setting your levels. A device that's a controller will show up as red in your device tree, a responder will show up as blue.

Your program looks correct. Did add your 2477D to the scene as a controller?
  9. When you add a device to the ISY it gets added as both a responder and a controller. There are exceptions such as thermostats, IOLinc relays, Insteon light bubs. The other devices in your system should show up in red meaning they are both controller/responders. I noticed that you have a pending write for your kitchen desk which is the green 1101 to the left of the device. Right click on that device and click on write updates. If the write fails then you have either a communication problem with the device or a defective device. Unplug the load from the device before you do a write update as it's possible the load is causing issues. What type of bulb is in the lamp? If the write still fails then you may want to try a factory reset/restore device on the outlet What action causes all the lights to come on, is it a button press from a device or from the ISY? When you added all your devices did you do it via the linking option in the ISY?
  10. Did you add the 2427D to a scene as a controller or is it just be controlled by a program? You can always delete the 2427D from the ISY then add it back in.
  11. Everything I owned from the 70 - 90's are still rocking on. Things from the past were just built to last not necessarily designed to be energy efficient like my monster dual mono amps! I couldn't agree with you more, sadly they don't make them like they used to
  12. I've been using various CREE led bulbs for a long time and have never had a problem. I wonder if the bulbs sold in Canada are from a different factory than those sold in the U.S.
  13. Try using something like: If Control 'Kit NE KPL G' is switched FAST Off or Control 'Kit NE KPL G' is switched FAST ON Then Stop program
  14. Try doing a "restore device", you may have some link records that are incorrect.
  15. MustangChris04 Try doing a restore device for the Outdoor module and the keypad. It's possible that the link records got corrupted.
  16. Rev 2.0, "1438" date code?, Purchased 2/5/15, Rec'd 2/9/15, In service 8/4/15. This was built in September 2014 (the 38th week of 2014). Hardware version 2.0 My current spare: V2.1, "1514", Rec'd 8/10/15. This was built in March/April 2015, hardware version 2.1 I've taken to keeping the invoices and shipping documents, but Smarthome has always been really good about the exchanges. Let me know if you can decode the date codes. They look suspiciously like they may have a year in them. Thanks for your help. Take a look in the admin console under diagnostics / PLM info/status for your PLM firmware version. Mine, which is less than a year old, is v9E. Not sure what the current shipping versions are.
  17. You might have a PLM issue. What is the firmware and the date code on the PLM?. Even though it's only 13 months old it could be in the early stages of failure due to bad capacitors, The current PLMs have updated components. Your PLM is still under warranty if the date code is less than 2 years old., if it is bad you could do a cross ship exchange with Smarthome. Is your program now working correctly?
  18. The newer PLM's seem to be holding up better than the previous versions but time will tell. Even though the link records appear to be OK I would try a restore device for the fan switch and the 2441V.
  19. Run a Diagnostics / Compare for the devices involved to see if you may have lost some links. If so, then do a restore device. If you run the "then" portion of your program does it do what it's supposed to do?
  20. Is the T1900 on your first floor your main thermostat? Is it your only thermostat? You could use an Insteon wireless thermostat on the second floor that could send a signal to the ISY which in turn could activate an IOLinc that would close contacts to turn on the heat.
  21. What type of load is your module(s) hooked up to? I'm using the latest version of Java without any issues
  22. I initially tried using the Philips flat led bulbs and found that they were not that compatible with Insteon devices. They flickered at lower dim levels. I'm now using Cree led bulbs without any issues.
  23. This is what most ISY users are using http://mobilinc.com/ Here's the info for the ISY http://mobilinc.com/detailedsetup/isy/ If you search the forum for mobilinc you'll find lots of good stuff to read
  24. Glad to hear you're mostly up and running again. The 2876SB has been discontinued. If you can't resurrect it then It's probably time to replace it, especially if it's a single band device.
  25. A green flag indicates that there are pending writes to the device. Either you have a communications problem or the device may need to be factory reset in order to clean up its memory, then do a restore device.
