I have to keypad that the LED will not stay lite. I checked the programs and scenes over and over. I have a new keypad coming but I don't think that's the problem. I did not have a problem at all with anything until I replaced the PLM It not just on but two now. I disconnected PLM for a few days and now everything is ok. So what's the problem. Could it me the echo I use that to.

Just in the last week my Echo stop working saying command not recognized. I don't make any changes to anything.

I'm not sure about that. It works fine with my Isy94

Ok. I remember now. Yes I hate not having the link keypad button not lighting

I know this might of been talked about. I had it working but I delete it and forgot how I did it. So here it goes. When you set up a device on your keypad and use echo to control it. (Device only ) the keypad button will like up only if its load bearing. Example turn on living room light. The keypad marked living room light will light up along with the light and you can dim it to. That's because its the main load key button. A So now You want to turn on a module for an end table light and it's linked button is marked end table on the kepad. echo will turn on and even dim the end table light but the key pad mark end table doesn't light LED E I have the keypad led set up as a device too. LED E I cant remember how I got the two to work at the same time with a voice command. yes I can create scene but you cant dim scene to a percent . I remember doing this threw alexa app but I don't remember. Any idea. I just cant seem to remember how I did it

I have an Isy994 and I have several programs. One program call all off 11 this program turn all light off and if it's after eleven it turns on the master bath lights. It's control by instep keypad. I when to the portal and added this program to the echo and gave it a spoken name. After 11 she has no idea and nor do I 2. How do I get the light to dim other the saying dim dim din. Why can't I say dim to 50 percent ???

I have been adding things devices and scenes to the Echo true the portal. this is new to me so any help would be appreciated. I see I can delete everything, but I only want to delete on that I made a mistake one. Can I do it and how?

How does one get the echo to run a scene or a program. I have devices linked and can turn on and of brighten and dim. I would like to run a program called all off. And a few others. I also would like to turn on and off scenes. All of these are in My ISy and some are program to key pad. I know you can link non load bearing keys on keypad. So the question is can I tell it to run a scan or program

I put a LED flood light in a switch link. The LED was dimmable. It did not work and caused the switch to stop working all together. Has anyone has this problem and has anyone had any luck with an Outdoor LED Flood or spot lamp

The problem I'm having is that when the lights go off and you walk back in the area they dont come back on. What I want is to have them come on when motion is detected and stay on for six minutes. If montion is still detected stay on, if no motion is detected wait 6 minutes and go out. But if motion is detect before the six minute start the count all over. Also if the switch to the light is turned on manualy dont do any thing other then turn on the lights, and when the switch is off then resume motion sensing. My motion sensor are set ON all the time and send on OFF anyone have a good program that work that I can use. THANKS

I'm not sure why they would remember last state. My isy is set for 100 percent

It was working correctly for a long time. i will reset the swichlink and the keylink to defaults. Locally they are both set to on on at 100 percent

The keypad Button b is the only controller for the pm scene. The nain switch fir the kitchen light is the controller for it locally. And keypad button A is the main swirchbof the dining room light and that is the controller for it. Only. Button B controls the Pm scene

Lights not returning to full on after certain scenes. I have a scene for my ding room light and kitchen light that to both at 50 percent. When button on keypad pressed the scene comes on. Pressed again it goes out. BUT when the main switch for the dining room light is press it doesn't come on full. And if the kitchen light switch is pressed it doesn't come on full. Both or set to come on locally at 100 percent. IDEAS????

I dont have a sensor in the room. But I would like for the lights to shut off after a set time ( or is the switch is double press the the time is never set. And if the switch is pressed will timing the timer will restart. ANY IDEA PLEASE ADVISE??????

I use Button A in a Scene. A is the Load. So when A is the responder in the Scene B or what ever, A and B will be lite.

I still having trouble maybe someone can help?? I have two scenes on this keylink. What I want to happen is.... 1. When Button c is pressed the C comes on. not problem there 2. When Button D is Pressed I want C to go out and D come on. 3>And if C is pressed again I want D to go out and so on. I put both C and D in exclusive button but it doesn't work. SMARTHOME told me how to do it on the keypad but I was hoping to avoid that procedure

Ok now Im confused.... When I right click I the 8 button group I see I can more or less make it act like a folder. Like in the screen shot below. I also see when I pick a button I get another option for grouping and exclusive I dont understand. I like to have ON button for all lights on and all lights off and when any of the light in the all lights scene is on I want to see the All lights button lite so I know that there is a light on in the house someplace,

What does grouping do other then group stuff in one area? what is excluesive mean? Can someone give me real examples..Plus how do I make one buttom ALLON and ALLOFF or do I have to use two buttons. What I want to do is have the button lite when ever any light is on and Off when all lights are OFF

It seem to woork sofar. Question concerning Insteon Motion Sensor. Iss it best to let the program turn of light and have Jumper 4 and 5 jumped out Ideas

For what ever reason the ISy994i does not see my Insteon motion sensor or my remotelink 2440. It will see it in linking mode and everything is there. But after I make some kind of change to anything and the ISy starts writing to the RF device then it shows and !!! Then it shows that it can’t communicate with any of the RF devices. However the RF devices will work with Insteon device that it is linked to in a scene. So as it is I can’t write the motion device or the remote in a program. I trying reboot and it shows all is ok until I make some kind of change that I need to hit the save button. I even disabled my firewall.
