Lights not returning to full on after certain scenes. I have a scene for my ding room light and kitchen light that to both at 50 percent. When button on keypad pressed the scene comes on. Pressed again it goes out. BUT when the main switch for the dining room light is press it doesn't come on full. And if the kitchen light switch is pressed it doesn't come on full. Both or set to come on locally at 100 percent. IDEAS????

I dont have a sensor in the room. But I would like for the lights to shut off after a set time ( or is the switch is double press the the time is never set. And if the switch is pressed will timing the timer will restart. ANY IDEA PLEASE ADVISE??????

I use Button A in a Scene. A is the Load. So when A is the responder in the Scene B or what ever, A and B will be lite.

I still having trouble maybe someone can help?? I have two scenes on this keylink. What I want to happen is.... 1. When Button c is pressed the C comes on. not problem there 2. When Button D is Pressed I want C to go out and D come on. 3>And if C is pressed again I want D to go out and so on. I put both C and D in exclusive button but it doesn't work. SMARTHOME told me how to do it on the keypad but I was hoping to avoid that procedure

Ok now Im confused.... When I right click I the 8 button group I see I can more or less make it act like a folder. Like in the screen shot below. I also see when I pick a button I get another option for grouping and exclusive I dont understand. I like to have ON button for all lights on and all lights off and when any of the light in the all lights scene is on I want to see the All lights button lite so I know that there is a light on in the house someplace,

What does grouping do other then group stuff in one area? what is excluesive mean? Can someone give me real examples..Plus how do I make one buttom ALLON and ALLOFF or do I have to use two buttons. What I want to do is have the button lite when ever any light is on and Off when all lights are OFF

It seem to woork sofar. Question concerning Insteon Motion Sensor. Iss it best to let the program turn of light and have Jumper 4 and 5 jumped out Ideas

For what ever reason the ISy994i does not see my Insteon motion sensor or my remotelink 2440. It will see it in linking mode and everything is there. But after I make some kind of change to anything and the ISy starts writing to the RF device then it shows and !!! Then it shows that it can’t communicate with any of the RF devices. However the RF devices will work with Insteon device that it is linked to in a scene. So as it is I can’t write the motion device or the remote in a program. I trying reboot and it shows all is ok until I make some kind of change that I need to hit the save button. I even disabled my firewall. for what ever reason when I add a scene or something like a folder it doesntr show up. Only after I close the program and start it back up then the appear. I ended up with 5 folder the same name. Any ideas?

Yes, it does seem like a relay should be replaceable with a dimmer (but not vice-versa). Is this truly a link table issue or is it a function of the ISY just not letting you do it? You do not want to replace a Relay with a Dimmer. Relays are used to control loads ex... motors, or appliances you don't want to put a dimmer in its place.

Thanks for the response I plan on doing away with all X10 I'm 2/3 away. I have and Insteon motion sensor ordered. I'm sure there will be more questions. I cant rely on Rand for every question even though he is so willing to answer.

I'm a newbie when it comes to ISY99. i been around industrial automation for over 20 years. My question is why does my X10 motion sensor so ON under my devices Also I linked two keys on a remotelink 2440 ant it show them On to. any ideas.
