  1. I cannot replicate this behavior, but located a bug yesterday which may cause the issue if you have multiple node servers with nodes containing the same status ID. Do you have multiple weather Nodes Installed?
  2. No, it appears the issue started late Friday or early Saturday and was isolated to ISY994 and the Portal "event subscription" (status updates). The issue was caused by updated security rules which prevented the older hardware's ability to send status updates.
  3. Adding new customizations to fill in the ID gaps will fix the UI issue in Admin Console.
  4. What is your firmware version? https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/43504-cant-create-or-modify-existing-favorites/?do=findComment&comment=383004
  5. I can not replicate this behavior. I have a similar (weatherBit) node which updates as expected. It is possible there is a race condition somewhere where the null value populates after the received value but I think you would see this with the other nodes. If you have a large system it could be the value for this node is toward the end of the status updates, so it will update but take longer than nodes at the beginning. Opening the Device's Dashboard forces a refresh, so this is working as expected. As a test for the race, and If eisy is hardwired please test the following. Disconnect eisy from internet (remove cable). Keep mobile device screen on while doing the next steps. Swipt UDM from recent applications (so we have a fresh start), Open UDM go to favorites, all values should be empty as eisy is not connected to the network wait for a few seconds so that the app is completely loaded. Reconnect ethernet values should start to populate. Does this node's value populate?
  6. I think this is a bug in the Admin Console. All messages should show in UD Mobile.
  7. Great! This is another issue which should now be resolved see https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/43490-oauth-error-showing-devices/ If this is related to the issue in this topic please verify UD Mobile is on the latest version.
  8. It is a System (Settings > System > system-name) Setting. Requesting variables/programs status at startup is a user preference and disabled by default. Some users have hundreds of variables/programs and this may add to significant delays on Remote Connections especially with high latency connections. So the options are request at startup or updates only. Updates only show status whenever the variable/program status changes or the Device's Dashboard is opened. Opening the Device's Dashboard forces a single status update to account for high latency connections, this forces a status update outside of the status update observer. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Settings_Tab
  9. Yes https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Program_And_Variable_Settings
  10. Please try version 1.1.61
  11. This topic is for the 404 error with ISY Portal. If this is not your issue please use this topic
  12. We are still working on this. Just don't want to repost the same thing in many topics.
  13. See https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/43490-oauth-error-showing-devices/
  14. Locking topic please use one of the topic above depending on the issue.
  15. version 1.1.61 fix was for some favorites not all favorites. If experiencing no status updates for all favorites see please see this topic:
  16. Please try version 1.1.61 which is live now.
  17. Local Connection need configuration. See https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Combine_Local_and_Remote_Connections
  18. Ok found an error in manual refresh, fix will be in today's build. However this should only have been an issue if the subscription (value updates) are not happening automatically. This could be related to Portal issues experienced today, you may want to try local connection settings if on the same network.
  19. Is it just the nodes related to this node server? If not are the nodes affected only Node Servers?
  20. Please test the local connection in Settings Tab > Systems > your System > Local Connectionnection Settings (expanded) > Test Local Connection Button. Please post a screenshot if you get any error messages in Test Local Connection.
  21. @dbwarner5, replicated and fixed for the next update...will try to release by end of day.
  22. Hi All, We have some users reporting connection issues with Portal, we are looking into the issue. If you are on the same network as eisy local connections should work. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Combine_Local_and_Remote_Connections
  23. Does the same happen with a remote connection with Admin Console?
  24. Javi replied to mmb's topic in UD Mobile
UD Mobile thinks you are tapping "My Geofences" which is on the same screen. If you tap "My Geofences" you will get the same screen. I cannot replicate the issue, and could not find a reason this would happen, as all items on this screen are static (don't change) so the index would never change which makes it unlikely the tap index is incorrect due to race (tap/refresh). I know this may sound unlikely but, if you are right handed and are using your thumb, your thumb would pass directly above "My Geofences". It is possible the phone is reading a tap at this location for some reason. Maybe the screen is dirty, maybe thumb is too close. The tiles on the screen with "My Devices" will flash blue briefly when they are clicked, when this happens do you see the press indication? Edit: I tested on UD Mobile iOS 1.1.60, so if not using the same version try upgrade.
