  1. Try clearing your Java cache making sure to check all 3 boxes and download a new start.jnlp from UD site. The link is in Wiki.
  2. Look down at the bottom of your screenshot and you will see PG3x Restart Required. You need to reboot Polisy.
  3. Is the light on the front of eisy? Have you tried power cycling your eisy? Do you use UD Mobile and if so, is that working?
  4. A couple of things to check: In PG3x, go to IoX Configuration menu, at the top, you should see your ISY uuid & a check mark. If you don't try clicking Auto Discover IoX's. If that doesn't work, you can add your system manually. IP should be 127.0.0.1 & port 8080, then add user name & password. Highlight HTTP at the bottom & Save.
  5. Depends on which system you have. ISY994 uses an internal board, which like the ISY994 is discontinued. Both eisy & Polisy can use a Zooz dongle or UD's own ZWave Zmatter dongle. https://www.universal-devices.com/product/zmatter-usb/
  6. yep, my bad.
  7. No worries, if that didn't work use the format below and replace the x's with your IP address. https://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt When it displays the html screen, search for udx.
  8. That's a different issue that will need to be resolved before adding any Zwave devices. Do you have any Zwave devices previously added and if so are they working? Have you tried rebooting? Is the Zwave box checked on the Configuration tab? What system, Zwave dongle, and firmware are you using?
  9. Are you using IoX Launcher to access admin console?
  10. Also, did you install the Notification plugin as required in the UD Mobile instructions? https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Notifications_Tab
  11. Have you tried rebooting?
  12. What is the "latest" IoX and PG3x to you? What platform are you on and what were you doing to get the message?
  13. I would suggest doing a reboot.
  14. UD has fixed the "not found" error. If you are experiencing issues, clear Java (all 3 boxes) and download a new start.jnlp.
  15. Wait a minute, did you move the Zwave Zmatter board from Polisy to eisy, or add a new Zmatter board to eisy? If you moved the board, you shouldn't need to restore Zmatter backup. Zmatter backup would be needed for new board.
  16. My guess would be you skipped the part of the instructions that said you needed to back up your ZWave system (from the top menu Zwave - Backup), which is different from IoX back up. After backing up Zwave, then you do an IoX back up (File Backup IoX).
  17. I didn't have a lot of time this morning, but I ran 1 quick test and this appears to be working with out an issue. I will test further when I have more time. Thanks for adding this.
  18. Have you tried rebooting?
  19. What Zwave dongle is in your Polisy?
  20. Plenty of directions for eisy in UD Mobile instructions: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile
  21. Since you are using UD Mobile for the setup, have you tried reading the instructions? https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile
  22. I would suggest opening a support ticket and get UD to permanently remove the uuid from your account. Alternately, if you have contact information for the person who purchased your Polisy, contact them & have them update their account with the new uuid. However, I still suspect, UD would want to hear from you first.
  23. The temporary fix was listed several posts up.
  24. I upgraded PG3x on a Polisy to 3.2.3 on Friday and my node servers are fine also.
  25. Yes, I am. My Polisy is shown in the finder, but I have to clear the not found message twice before I can access the admin console. In addition, my backup repeatedly fails.
