Click on the gear icon for Settings in the top right corner. Next click on the vertical ... menue in the right top corner of the widget. Followed by edit title. Make your changes and then save.

I'm pretty sure you still need to be on Staging to run this. Before entering the sample JASON, you need to update it with your AI key. Afterwards, restart the plugin.

To run eisy-ai, you need to be on Staging. After the install you need to enter the JSON updated (with your AI key) as per the sample on the configuration tab. Take a look at the readme file.

I agree completely, this was very painful. I comment, this was not a straightforward migration failure. I migrated the plugin and then found UD Mobile lost the customized Favorites. I them moved the plugin back to pg3x and that's when the "fun" started. Thanks for staying with me.

Well, it was a battle...... I deleted, rebooted eisy, and awhile after startup, reinstalled the plugin. According to the Dashboard in PG3x, the plugin was installed and running. However, it was not listed as a node in eisy-ui. Not knowing if eisy-ui needed to be restarted after installing a plugin (similar to admin console), I tried refreshing the page, restarting the plugin, refreshing the page, and then logging out. Upon logging back in, there was still no node for Ryse Shade. I then reinstalled the plugin, followed by refreshing the screen and finally reboot eisy again, but still no nodes. Next, I stopped and started the plugin and the node showed up. However, I still had missing property names and no values. Once again I restarted the plugin and got proper property names, but no values. I logged out and logged in with no change. I followed this by restarting the plugin and had proper property vales and actual values. Next came a sync with UD Mobile and guess what, no values and property names where still missing. It took another reboot and two more restarts of the plugin (synching UD Mobile each time) to finally be back to normal. Thank you for your help.

After the last upgrade, I have rebooted eisy, restarted Ryse Shade plugin and reinstalled the plugin with no change, I am still not showing all of the property names. Javi has indicated the fix of known issues was included. Any suggestion on what to do next?

Thanks. While I have not attempted migration again, yesterday I installed the Staging update, rebooted eisy, and after the startup, I still hade the same issue with profiles for Ryse Shade Plugin. I then tried restarting the plugin but that didn't fix the issue.

@Javi Does today's Staging update contain the fix for this, or do I need to wat for another release before migrating?

By chance do you have eisy-ai installed? If so, it is a different problem and after updating to v1.4.9, you also need to update eisy-ai. That should clear the 500 error with backups.

You can find this in the tab for plugins. I don't think you will receive duplicate notifications now.

Appears you have the plugin installed in slot 3 in pgx3, and the one in slot 2 showing unmanaged some place else. That's why it is shown as unmanaged. Are you running eisy-ui? Is it possible you also added the plugin within eisy-ui's new plugin feature?

@Javi Should I create a support ticket for the breaking Favorities?

Maybe try restarting both phone and your UD device. Not sure if it would help, but I would also synchronize UD Mobile.

This is from memory so you may need to do some looking around. I believe if you go to Settings-Controllers and scroll down after selecting your controller (if you have more than one), you should see Programs and Variables. I believe I recall there being a setting there.

Searching for ryse turned up nothing, so I searched for shade instead. It looks to me like the "name" name field is missing from several of the problematic nodes. I appreciate you taking the time with this.

Take a look at your configuration tab, appears something is amiss there. Is this a new install or was it working and something happened?

Well, then that is not my problem. After migrating back to pg3, I lost the names as shown in my screenshot. I have Ryse running at a second location and it does have the names properly showing. That's in my second screenshot. I have restarted the plugin, reinstalled the plugin, and rebooted eisy. I am also running staging and updated today. I am at a loss as to what to try next.

I have tried restarting the plugin, reinstalling the plugin, and finally restarting eisy. The plugin is working and there have been no changes to node addresses. I have also synchronized UD Mobile, but UD Mobile is still not showing Properties names. However, when I went in to check the plugin, I noticed on the nodes tab that the name field in the table for the node is blank. The driver column has the expected values GV0, GV1, ect. I need to figure out how to get that column to populate. I just tried restart plugin and reinstall plugin but it did not help. eisy was rebooted a few minutes before that.

To close out issue with Yolink, restarting or reinstalling the plugin didn't work. I finally rebooted eisy and that did work, so Yolink is running. Still have an issue with Ryse Shades, I can not get the Properties labels back. The plugin has been moved back to pg3, has been restarted several times, and I tried reinstalling the plugin. The Properties labels are still displaying as shown in my screenshots in my first post. @Javi @bpwwer , anyway to get the Properties labels to show as before the migration in eisy-ui or UD Mobile? Will they restore after this is addressed by the next update?

I may have spoke to soon. One of the plugins I migrated was Yolink and after migrating it back, I am not getting values. When I look in eisy.local, on pg3x tab, it appears to be running. However, when I go to the node, I see internal server error. I tried restarting the plugin but it didn't help. I am a little hesitant, but should I try rebooting eisy?

I am on stagging and ran an update this morning just before starting the migration. I also reboot eisy after the update. I didn't notice the issue in UD Mobile until after I had migrated 3 plugins over to eisy-ui. All three lost Favorites after a synchronization in UD Mobile. I got the message about removing old data and did the backup each time, so I was able to restore UD Mobile after reverting the plugins back to PG3.

Yes, I did a restart of the plugin and a reboot to eisy, it was the first things I tried. To me, there is a bigger issue with the migration. All of UD Mobile's Favorites are lost. I just made another post about this.
