Not Seeing elk-m1 zone status
Something that is worth mentioning, the Elk M1XEP should have DHCP enabled in the M1XEP set up. Then go to your router and make sure the new IP address has a DHCP reservation for the IP address. If you don't do this and there is a power failure or your router gets rebooted, you may end up with a new IP address for your Elk system. If this happens you will be right back where you were and you will not have communication between easy and Elk.

Not Seeing elk-m1 zone status
Can't see Elk zones change status in what app? Not sure if you are talking about in eisy or something else? By Elk software, are you talking about Elk RP2? That is where you can find out what IP Elk is using. When you connect to your site, the is a popup to connect to the Elk M1XEP. You should be able to see the IP that was last programmed on the right side. Once connected to the M1XEP, there are various tabs for settings. If you are talking about easy, you need to sign in to PG3x and go to the Elk plugin, configuration screen to configure the Elk's IP address for the plugin to connect with it.

Monitoring loss of node communication
Instead of testing for a known value, can you include a "if it is not" and add all of the known values?

https://1.2.3.4:8443/desc replies "This XML file...
What does "fail" mean? The preferred way to access eisy UI is either: https://eisy.local or http://eisy.local What happens when you try these? Note, there is a bug that gives you a blank screen , refresh the page and it should then load.

Eisy offline after power failure
Maybe try a new power supply. Sometimes the power supply gets flacking and the light appears but unit doesn't start up correctly.

Folders not showing in EISY Programs
Take a look at the document below. While not specifically for eisy, it is still relevant. https://docs.universal-devices.com/production/The+ISY994+Home+Automation+Cookbook.pdf

Cannot open Notifications on 2nd account 1.5.5
I'm kinda confused by what you are saying, on the notifications tab there is no selection pull down for more than 1 system. I also have eisy's at 2 different locations, running v1.5.5 of UD Mobile and have no issue deleting notifications.

Unable to open one plugin on UDM
Are you on the latest version of UD Mobile? If so, I would suggest opening a support ticket.

Unable to open one plugin on UDM
If I remember correctly, UDMpbile has been having some issues connecting with pg3. Try searching for a post from Javi about it. If this is happening when you are in your network and you are using local connection in setup, try removing the local setup. If I am remembering all of it, it has something to do with the local connection. Don't remember if the fix is out yet, but make sure you are on the latest version.

Elk nodes not updating
So we all know, what firmware version of eisy are you running and what version of pg3 are you on?

IoX Launcher can't find eisy
Because programming doesn't happen overnight. Many things can now be done in eisy.local with no Java, but not everything. For example, program creation and editing must still be done in the admin console.

IoX Launcher can't find eisy
Just to double check, there are two ways to add IP to the Launcher. The first is: https://eisy.local:8443/desc. The second is https://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:8443/desc. Replace the x's with your IP address. Be sure to try both of them.

IoX Launcher can't find eisy
Try rebooting both your router and then eisy. Followed by clearing all 3 boxes in java when deleting files and downloading a new start.jnlp.

Numeric Values after Updating IoX6.0
What you are seeing would be normal. You would need to follow the wiki instructions to create a Favorite. On the favorite page, click the + sign to create a favorite with a custom name. For example, Elk Area 1. Next go down to Display Node and navigate to Area 1. Now move to Display Status and select Armed Status.. Then it Save in upper right. Once this tile is created, you can then follow directions from my post above to add mapped values. To get full benefit from UD Mobile, most create a Favorites tab and add custom tiles for items we want to monitor or control regularly. It also provides quick at a glance of what we want to see and status, if you add color changes based things like on/off, temperature, etc. There is ample information in the wiki for UD Mobile on how to add Favorites and custom tiles.

Upgrading 994i firmware (4.9.0) to run UD Mobile
I would add that you can not beat UD Mobile for a mobile device app. I originally also used Mobilinc and UD Mobile is faster, easier, has much more functionality, and better documentation. In addition, it is actively being developed, with a very involved and helpful developer. While UD Mobile is free, it can be used without cost for local connections and as previously mentioned for remote access with port forwarding. The only cost involved would be a yearly subscription to UD Portal, which gives you secure remote access and makes pg3x easier to run for adding plugins.

Eisy just dead? After it was attempting an update??
If you have a new unit, do yourself a favor and open a support ticket and wait for UD to assist you. They are very responsive.

New iPhone - need steps to setup
There are simple notifications with some restrictions built in to UD Mobile and there is more advanced notifications from a plugin. Which do you want to use? In both cases you have two new phones, have you added the phones to the system. Here are some instructions and the link to the video is helpful. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/UD_Mobile#Notifications_Tab

Wi-Fi Configuration?
The wireless settings are there to set up eisy to connect wirelessly. If eisy is already connect via Ethernet, you do not want to do this.

Check "Upgrade packages" status?
Yes, that is happening to me also. UD has stated that is fixed in next update. We will need to wait and see.
-
Check "Upgrade packages" status?
FYI, the last two updates I have done were done using eisy.local on advice from UD support. Both worked fine and eisy.local provides notice of upgrade in progress and reboot required similar to UD Mobile.

New UD Mobile install on Android… spinning blue icon
Type https://eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt in a browser and check which version of udx you currently have installed. If it is less than 4.2.0, run upgrade packages again. If it is at least v4.2.0, then open a support ticket with UD and let @Javi take a look at your issue.
