  1. I would suggest the ID# is the identification of the content. I would not expect that number to change.
  2. Support ticket would be the only way to get an accurate answer to your question.
  3. As far as I recall, there has been no notice from UD that the series 800 dongle was supported. Your best bet is to open a support ticket.
  4. Zwave devices are add to eisy same way they were add to Polish and ISY994. If you have the Zwave dongle properly added, you should have the Zwave menu at top of screen. Search the wiki for specific details.
  5. So this one shows the program ran.
  6. Strange, what is your firmware and UI version from the About screen
  7. Try again using Logical Status. Then right click and check status, last run time, and last finish time. Make sure you leave door open while checking status.
  8. Check for a UD Mobile update.
  9. Right click on your program, copy to clipboard and post the program again.
  10. From what you posted above, the status said on. Try it again, right click on program and check status, last run time, and last finish time.
  11. Looks to me like the Plugin is working correctly.
  12. Status shows Pantry Light on - did the light turn on for you? If not, you may be having a communications issue. Zwave is a mesh system, how many devices do you have installed?
  13. Let's also rule out an issue with the Elk Plugin. Open PG3x, go to Elk Dashboard, Details, Log - set log level to debug. Open pantry door and leave it open while you check the log. Did the log show up as violated? Close the pantry door and check the log to see if the zone return to normal. There is a check box you can uncheck to prevent the log from scrolling if you are getting a lot of log entries. It is called Autoscroll.
  14. Oh, let's try something else then. Go to home button on your tablet, at top is a box which indicates which device you are connected to. Change to your "other device" and then go back to notifications tab. Anything shown?
  15. Let's take a step back and check some basic's. First, reboot your eisy. Wait at least 15-20 minutes and then open the event viewer and set to level 3. Then open your pantry door (leave door open) and check what shows up in the event viewer while set to level 3. Next, right click your program and select Status. The status window will open and the appropriate line will be highlighted. What does it say for status, last run time, & last finish time.
  16. The only other suggestion I have for you is to reboot your UD controller (ISY, Polisy, eisy). If that doesn't work, you will need to get @Javi's attention either here or open a support ticket.
  17. What happens if you select the 3 notifications on your tablet? Have you synchronized both devices recently?
  18. If 'Home / Pantry Door' Physical Status is Open Your are using physical status for triggering the program. For the fun of it, try changing your IF portion to use the logical status. It should be the first item in the drop down list. If 'Home / Pantry Door' Logical Status is Violated
  19. You can still upgrade to PG3x, follow these directions: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Upgrading_to_PG3x
  20. I would suggest running the upgrade packages a second time and after it completes, including the reboot, power cycle your unit. If you still have an issue backing up afterwards then you will need to open a support ticket with UD.
  21. Go back to the configuration page in PG3x. There is a fairly new requirement to allow the plugin access. Look for a small check box requesting access and check the box to allow it. I'm not at my computer to be able to tell you exactly where it is, but if you look for it you should have no issue finding it. It should be right after the long poll setting. If it is not there, you are probably running an old version of PG3 and need to update (update packages), or you are still on PG3 and not PG3x.
  22. What brand Network card is in the computer you are trying to wake up? One thing you can try is to modify your IP address on the configuration tab. Instead of Mac address:XXX.xxx.x.xxx where the DC's are your IP address, try: Mac address:XXX.xxx.x.255
  23. Are you on Windows or aMac and what version?
  24. You are still in the wrong location. Did you successfully add the plugin to PG3x? Did you set up the configuration tab in PG3x? Did you close the admin console and then re-start it? Did you look for the name of your node in the left hand tree of the device page in the admin console? If it is not there, 1st try restarting the plugin from PG3x plugin menu. If that doesn't work, then re-install the plugin in to the same slot. Instructions for all of this is in the link I provided above. If you still can not find it, post a screenshot of your admin console device left side tree, along with the name of your node.
  25. Any way you want: Admin Console, UD Mobile, Program, or Network Resource. If you have your PC configured correctly, and I am you followed ALL of the steps to enable WoL, it should work. If not, you missed something on your PC. See test below. Not sure what you are looking for, but here is an example of a program used to trigger a Network Resource to trigger WoL: Sample WoL - [ID 00B0][Parent 00A5] If From 7:30:00AM To 9:00:00PM (same day) Then Wait 30 seconds Set 'DH-Monitor' Send WOL Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') Test To verify you are triggering WoL correctly, open PG3x ,go to WoL from the Dashboard and select Details from the menu. Select Log and then Debug from the dropdown. Next open the admin console and go to Main - ISY - and select the node name you used when you set up PG3x. At the bottom of the right hand screen, you will see "Send WOL". Back in PG3x, you should see a message indicating the WoL was sent. If you don't see that, then you haven't set up the plugin correctly. If you see that the WoL was sent, and your computer didn't wake up, then you don't have your computer completely set up. There are some apps that are able to send WoL when the computer is not completely set up - not sure how and why, but I experienced this when getting mine set up. As I stated in my 1st message, your computer must be completely setup for WoL from the plugin to work. My experience was with Windows 11 and there are numerous settings in Windows, the Registry (depending on NIC brand), and bios that must be configured. Realtek NIC can be especially difficult.
