  1. How have you tried to update?
  2. You should open a support ticket with UD. I also ran in to a problem on my test Polisy, waited over 3 hours with nothing happening & Polisy unresponsive. Finally tried a reboot and my router shows Polisy is on line, but that is it. Can not get in with start.jnlp or ssh & portal shows it off line. The Polisy is dead. Started a support ticket with UD and there is a method to recover, but you will need to get instructions from them. It requires an inexpensive hardware adapter, but since this is my test unit, I am not sure if I will proceed.
  3. What do you see on yours?
  4. First, you need to do a Zwave back up from the admin console under the Zwave menu. Then you back up IoX and the Zwave back up is saved there.
  5. Just to be clear, after completing the zwave back up, from the admin zwave menu, you must back up eisy the normal way. Zwave back up is saved during the eisy back up process.
  6. Try a new power supply if you haven't already.
  7. Try using your IP address in place of eeisy.local
  8. Ten pushes of the multifunction button will do a factory reset. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/Eisy:User_Guide#Multi_Function_Button
  9. @Javi are backups now interchangeable between Android and iOS?
  10. Plugins are found in Polyglot, which is available by typing your eisy IP address and port 3000 in to your browser (example: xxx.xxx.x.xxx:3000). Username and password match your eisy login. From there go to the Plugins store from the top menu. Most paid plugins have a free trail or you can just purchase what you want. Purchase is fairly simple, just follow the prompts. Setup for each plugin is typically explained under the "more" button.
  11. Have you checked the plugins configuration tab to ensure all required fields are complete? Try changing log to debug and restarted the plugin. After it starts, check log for errors.
  12. Hmmm, are you still on pg3? If rebooting doesn't work, you might need to upgrade to pg3x. Check the wiki for the link to upgrade.
  13. Your ISY is showing up as not registered. Have you followed the steps in the wiki to register it and then approve it in the admin console? If not, search the wiki for registering ISY on the portal and follow the instructions.
  14. DennisC replied to mmb's topic in eisy
When upgrades are available there is a post on the forum. You then go to Upgrade Packages on eisy and click on it. It you have UD Mobile it can also be done from there, or you can use the multifunction button on the front of eisy. For more information go to the wiki and read the instructions.
  15. Very unusual, suggest asking for status by replying to each ticket.
  16. I don't think so, I think these files are UD default files - similar to "cookies". They seem to remember the setup. They will recreate themselves the next time you run the admin console after being deleted.
  17. Whenever you move back and forth between two monitors and one monitor, there is a display issue. You need to delete some files in between the move between monitors. The directions are in the wiki: Admin Console Minimized/Invisible and Cannot be Restored This is usually related Admin Console state files not being updated properly and especially in case of multi monitors. All you need to do is to find the following files in Java temp directory (on Windows: c:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp) and delete them. Or, you can simply search the computer for udi_*.state or ud_*.state file patterns: ud_finder.state udi_finder.state udi_frame.state udi_launcher.state udi_pgm.state udi_tree.state
  18. Did you download a new version?
  19. Here are some links for you: https://github.com/UniversalDevicesInc-PG3/udi-poly-notification https://www.jimboautomates.com/pg3-node-servers#h.h1ph1aotljg6
  20. Suggest checking out Nodesserver plugin and Pushover. Changed over several years ago and haven't missed any delivery times yet.
  21. Have you tried rebooting?
  22. Have you registered and approved your device (easy/policy) in the portal? Follow directions in wiki to add your device in portal and then approve in admin console.
  23. Unmanaged means pg3x doesn't know anything about that item and therefore can not manage or display information about it. It was installed outside of Polyglot version 3. Make sure your ISY (which machine are you using?) is connected to pg3x by going to the system tab. Edit - you can also try a power reboot.
  24. As @Geddy indicated, all you need to do is follow the directions: Enable PG3x: https://polisy.local:8443/rest/pg3x.enable Reboot and wait for a beep, then a second beep. While nothing will appear to happen, after the reboots you should be able to login to Polyglot and verify you are on pg3x. Afterwards, run upgrade packages from admin console and reboot when told.
