  1. Our Long Range (LR) Certified Z-Wave+ ZMatter USB Z-wave certified but not ZMatter as of yet. I can't comment on your images, they are too small for me to read and they don't open larger when clicked on. What is it you think you are missing?
  2. It is my belief that UD wants everything as close to perfect and fully functional before removing the beta nomenclature. This would include Zwave Matter certification which they have not yet received. Rest assured, you received the most recent product.
  3. Try this: polyglot.universal-devices.com
  4. The settings for this node are: #### Short Poll * Interval used to poll the WeatherFlow server for stations marked as 'remote' #### Long Poll * Interval used to poll the WeatherFlow server for forecast data Info found here: https://polyglot.universal-devices.com/nsinfo/f1162a89-2dfa-4931-8f0f-277d5860b091%2FProduction
  5. Interesting, are you on Android or iOS? Check to see if you have your screen zoomed past 100%, or if you have screen display set higher. If you are willing to try something, create a new tile and for Type select empty, for span select 4. This should create an invisible tile, creating a blank space. Select edit and the empty tile should be visible. Click on the tree dots of the empty tile and select Move Favorite. Move the empty tile to the top row and save. Try to use the paste command again. If nothing works, suggest you open a UD support ticket.
  6. Maybe I am not understanding what you are trying to do. My take is you have a Favorites (main) page with tiles(?) and folders. You have a tile inside a folder on your main Favorites page that you want to duplicate AND have it on your main Favorites page. Is that correct? I just tried the above and it worked fine. If my understanding is correct, this is how I did it: Go to the folder that has the tile you want to duplicate. Select the 3 dots in upper right corner of the tile. Select copy Favorite. Select the 3 dots of the tile you just duplicated. Select Move to Favorites Folder. At top of screen you will see a Paste and Cancel buttons, above that you will see an arrow that will take you up a level to your main Favorite page. Select that arrow. When you are on the main page, select paste.
  7. You can make a copy of your existing favorite, which makes a copy at the same location. Then use move favorite to relocate the copy to the screen of your choosing, providing that folder is on the same screen. Have you tried creating a new Favorite on your home main screen? In my setup, my favorite screen contains folders for both of my locations, so I can move them wherever.
  8. This is the details of the free version: Notification Plugin Versions Free Version – Automatically installed by UD Mobile (if not already installed). – Only allows sending messages with through UD Mobile. – Only allows 8 messages per day. – Does not retry on failure.
  9. Are you using the free built-in default Notification part of UD Mobile? If so, there is a limit on the number of Notifications per day. I don't recall exactly, but I think the limit is 7 or 8 notifications per day. If this is what you are experiencing, you can upgrade to the paid Notification plugin. Head over to pg3x and check it out.
  10. Any of these what you are looking for:
  11. DennisC replied to FloridaGary's topic in Polisy
I would suggest the ID# is the identification of the content. I would not expect that number to change.
  12. Support ticket would be the only way to get an accurate answer to your question.
  13. As far as I recall, there has been no notice from UD that the series 800 dongle was supported. Your best bet is to open a support ticket.
  14. Zwave devices are add to eisy same way they were add to Polish and ISY994. If you have the Zwave dongle properly added, you should have the Zwave menu at top of screen. Search the wiki for specific details.
  15. So this one shows the program ran.
  16. Strange, what is your firmware and UI version from the About screen
  17. Try again using Logical Status. Then right click and check status, last run time, and last finish time. Make sure you leave door open while checking status.
  18. Check for a UD Mobile update.
  19. Right click on your program, copy to clipboard and post the program again.
  20. From what you posted above, the status said on. Try it again, right click on program and check status, last run time, and last finish time.
  21. Looks to me like the Plugin is working correctly.
  22. Status shows Pantry Light on - did the light turn on for you? If not, you may be having a communications issue. Zwave is a mesh system, how many devices do you have installed?
  23. Let's also rule out an issue with the Elk Plugin. Open PG3x, go to Elk Dashboard, Details, Log - set log level to debug. Open pantry door and leave it open while you check the log. Did the log show up as violated? Close the pantry door and check the log to see if the zone return to normal. There is a check box you can uncheck to prevent the log from scrolling if you are getting a lot of log entries. It is called Autoscroll.
  24. Oh, let's try something else then. Go to home button on your tablet, at top is a box which indicates which device you are connected to. Change to your "other device" and then go back to notifications tab. Anything shown?
  25. Let's take a step back and check some basic's. First, reboot your eisy. Wait at least 15-20 minutes and then open the event viewer and set to level 3. Then open your pantry door (leave door open) and check what shows up in the event viewer while set to level 3. Next, right click your program and select Status. The status window will open and the appropriate line will be highlighted. What does it say for status, last run time, & last finish time.
