  1. Another option would be to use this program for the on function only. Write another program using slightly different temperature and humidity settings to turn the fan off. For example a temperature difference of 2 degrees and/or humidity difference of 1% - use whatever numbers you want. Not necessarily, you can also set the int variable, which will carry over to the next reboot. When you turn the fan off, remember to set both variables back to 0. Check the ISY Cookbook examples for specifics.
  2. From the pg3 dashboard, select the plugin. You will find the version number at the top of the screen.
  3. As stated, you can either proceed or you can open a browser window and enter: xxx.xxx.x.xxx:3000 Replace the "x's" with your UD devices IP address.

Free support for the 994 has ended, since it is obsolete. If you want to stay with Universal Devices, the only option for a new unit is eisy. Not cheap, but plenty new features.
  5. I don't see an issue with this. I did an upgrade from Polisy to eisy last weekend and restored a backup. The system was already using ZMatter on Polisy. I believe the migration was to convert from Zwave to ZMatter.
  6. Take a look here for full instructions and examples: https://github.com/UniversalDevicesInc-PG3/udi-poly-notification/blob/master/README.md https://www.jimboautomates.com/pg3-node-servers#h.h1ph1aotljg6
  7. First, only one device can be connected at a time. Make sure you are not connected to your Elk via RP2 or your phone. Next make sure the port on the plugin page is correct. You will need the plugin debug package for specific help, so I suggest the following: Run upgrade packages again and when completed, reboot. If you still can not connect try changing the log to debug. If necessary, restart the plugin and after waiting awhile, download a log package. If you can't download the log, try reinstalling again.

  9. Are there any white flags next to them in the admin console? Try waking the keypads up and restoring devices.
  10. Multi Function Button (#top) eisy's power button acts as a multifunction button Update and Upgrade All the Packages Click the button one (1) time. Please consult support before updating this route. Recommended route for updating is through Admin Console -> Configuration Tab -> "Upgrade Packages" button. ‎ NOTE: There is not a speaker on the eisy so there will not be any beeps on reboot. Go to WIFI Setup or Leave WIFI Setup mode Click the button two (2) times. Reset Credentials Click the button three (3) times This action resets the following passwords to the default (admin/admin): SSH ISY on eisy(IoX) Be sure to change the passwords for these access methods after you log-in again. Reset Networking Click the button four (4) times Reboot Click the button five (5) times Shutdown Click the button six (6) times Factory Reset Click the button ten (10) times Please wait 5-10 minutes after factory reset before attempting to reconnect to system. If System is not found by finder after the wait period please reboot system by clicking the button five (5) times and waiting two minutes for system to come online. 12. I highly doubt there will be any "fix" forthcoming for built in SMTP notifications. US has stated their future is centered around plugins and UD Mobile, and has committed full support to plugins. Writing this, I also remembered there is some limited basic notification ability built in to UD Mobile utilizing a free version of the Notification plugin. You might want to check that out. https://www.universal-devices.com/notifications/
  13. Stopped sending notifications via email long time ago because of failures and delays in sending. Been using the Notification and Pushover plugins and haven't missed a notification. The combination together offers many advantages over using the older native methods.
  14. I would suggest you open a support ticket with UD. If you want, you could try removing power for several minutes and then try to power eisy back up. Also, try using a new power supply.

I use a Honeywell Zwave thermostat, well actually 3 of them across 2 locations on both eisy and Polisy. I have no issues controlling the thermostat from UD Mobile, admin console, or the thermostat.
  16. Click the 3 dots in upper left corner of you Favorites tile and select Advanced Status Configuration. Next select Add and then fill in the boxes. For more details, search the UD Mobile Wiki for Advanced Status Configuration.
  17. I would suggest running the upgrade packages a second time and after it completes, including the reboot, power cycle your unit. If you still have an issue backing up afterwards then you will need to open a support ticket with UD.
  18. This worked, thank you.
  19. Hi Javi, I am trying out the custom Thermostat View in Favorites. I have selected Thermostat from the Device Type menu. I found the setpoint up and down arrow to be a bit sluggish. Meaning changing setpoint via the arrows may not register a change and/or be slow to respond. Which led me to attempt to change the setpoint by selecting the setpoint value within the circle in the center of the up down arrows. I thought this would have been a quick way to make a setpoint change of several degrees, but maybe you have a different intention for this function? When selecting the setpoint value, a window opens with numbers from 0.0 to 20.0 degrees F, incremented by .1. Is this still a WIP or am I not understanding the functionality?
  20. In addition, you will need to delete the state files after you open the admin console when using just the laptop to get the admin console back to your designated primary display when you reconnect to the external monitors.
  21. If that is a screenshot from your eisy, then yes, you are registered. Now go to UD portal page, sign in and adjacent to your eisy line, go to Select Tool - Information - ISY Portal Access License. That will tell you if your eisy has a license or allow you to purchase one.
  22. Is your eisy registered and approved? Sounds like both attempts for a new license was for your now unsupported ISY.
  23. Maybe it's time to open a support ticket with UD.
  24. All good for me.
