  1. Version 1.1.78 doesn't correct the issue for me.
  2. Could very well be the folder condition, they are known to be unreliable at times. Try removing the folder condition and place the constraint within the program. If you have many programs that need the constraint and you don't want to insert this condition in all of them, you can use a program to enable and disable the other programs based on the required constraint.
  3. That is not an error, it's what should happen.
  4. I send the alert directly to my wife's phone, triggering a unique tone using the Notification plugin. This way she doesn't even need to look at her phone, she knows laundry is done based on the sound. I set this up very quickly about a year ago with the intent of going back and fine tuning it when I had more time. I am still waiting for more time..... The way I did this was to create a program that is triggered by vibration stopping, which then sends out a notification after a time delay. The time delay is present to account for any pauses between cycles for the washing machine. Yes, currently closing the doors on the machines triggers the alert. That's the part I was going to go back and work on. Just haven't had the time yet. Since our machines are in the basement, my wife was pleased with getting the notifications and said she doesn't mind it going off when she loads the machine. The Yolink app has a sensitivity setting and I did attempt to lower it, but some notifications were then missed and just set it back higher. I feel certain I could tweak it to find the sweet spot either using the sensitivity setting, or maybe the location of the sensor. Everything thing is automatic, I don't need to reset anything between machine runs or manually start a program running. This method uses the native Yolink app, the Yolink plugin, and the Notification plugin.
  5. I have been using a Yolink vibration sensor on both the washing machine and the dryer for about a year now. They are connected to ISY via the Yolink Plugin. Works fine since it was installed.
  6. Before you do anything else, did you at any time click on delete PLM? If you did not, try moving the PLM to a different outlet, on a different electrical circuit. For this test, you can use an extension cord. If you did click on delete PLM, you will need to do a restore, but first you need to get it connected.
  7. Does your PLM show connected? Given some of the strange things you have happening, try changing the power supply. When they start going bad strange things can happen.
  8. Why are you trying to connect via SSH? If you are new at this, you would be much better off using UD Mobile. It will walk you through everything you need to do. You can find instructions for using UD Mobile in the UD wiki pages.
  9. I seem to remember some eisy's having issues going in and out of Wi-Fi mode. I don't believe you can have both connected at the same time (WiFi and Ethernet). Have you tried setting up Ethernet using UD Mobile? Here are some posts you can review, see if they are any help: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#Go_to_WIFI_Setup_or_Leave_WIFI_Setup_mode https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Troubleshooting
  10. Try this: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/Eisy:User_Guide Scroll down until you come to migration section.
  11. You can customize favorites, thereby only showing what you want each person to see or have access to. You also have the option of adding color for things like specific weather, or when a light turns on. If more than one person is to have the same favorites, you can export and import the settings to another device on the same platform. It's all in the wiki.
  12. This happens for any of the plugins with a lot of information to display. I opened a support ticket over a year ago asking for a scroll bar to move the page down. I was told it would be added to the admin console, but was advised it would not be soon and no ETA was given. For now, changing resolution is the only option for the admin console.
  13. This may help: Follow the link I posted above and then scroll down to Using the Node server. There are several examples there that will help. Also, if you are not using UD Mobile yet, take a look at it. It is free and works great with Elk Plugin and all of the other Plugins.
  14. With the new commitment by UD to enhance the ability of their system to include many different devices for our automation efforts, Plugins are now considered "native". While developed by individuals, they are supported by UD and UD adds enhancements to the Polyglot platform to allow developers to add new features. There is no way for a small company like UD to offer support for so many different manufacturers devices on their own. This was the format UD laid out a number of years ago and then proceeded to carry it out. As for the cost of $30, the old Elk Module also had a cost before you could add it to your system. The only difference is the Elk Plugin is actively being developed with new features added as the need arises.
  15. Native Elk support is now provided by the Elk Plugin, formerly Node Server. https://github.com/UniversalDevicesInc-PG3/udi-poly-ELK/blob/master/README.md
  16. Did you do a restore device after resetting this device?
  17. I'm traveling now and don't have access, however, on the plugin configuration page there is a sentence that says allow access, or something similar. I think it is a check box. It was mentioned in a PG3x update about a month ago. If you still can't find it, go back and read the release notes. One other thought, are you on a recent PG3x version? If not, run update and then reinstall all plugins.
  18. I don't recall Mobilinc being updated to work with Nodeservers/Plugins. However, UD Mobile does handle them and provides a good user experience.
  19. Try this link to their FAQ and scroll down to Personal Account, 2nd question. https://openweathermap.org/faq
  20. That would be between you and OpenWeatherMap. You would need to ask them through their support link.
  21. Did you also update the UI? Are you using the Launcher to access your ISY? Make sure to clear your Java cache, all three boxes, and then download a new start.jnlp from UD.
  22. Can you try creating a new account? Maybe using just an initial for first name if there is a conflict?
  23. FYI, you send a PM by going to the top of the screen and selecting the closed envelope to the left of your username. Then select compose new message. For recipient, you use the person's username (for this site), not their email address.
  24. I think you best tag Javi for this one, or open a UD support ticket and I am sure he will help you out.
