  1. How about posting one of the programs not working? Right click one of the programs and select copy to clipboard near the bottom of the list and paste here.
  2. Make sure you are using the non secure port 2101 on the configuration tab of the plugin.
  3. If you followed the configuration instructions and have specified the areas on the plugin configuration tab and then restarted the admin console, the zones should show up. The zones are not listed under Elk Controller, however. They should appear in your device list separately. If not, go to PG3 Elk plugin, set the log to debug, and then restart the plugin. After startup, check the log for errors. Just in case, here are the Configuration instructions: To Configure the ELK Nodeserver Custom Configuration Parameters Set temperature_unit to F or C Set host to the host or ip address and port, e.g. 192.168.1.15:2101 Set user_code, suggested to create a unique usercode for this NodeServer Set areas to the range of areas you would like to include Set outputs to the range of outputs to include Set change_node_names to true makes ELK the source of node names so if they are changed then ISY names will be changed to match. Set light_method to one of the following. IMPORTANT: If using ELKID or ELKNAME you must enable the "Allow ISY Access by PLugin" on the configuration page. NONE Use this if you have no need to control ISY lights with your ELK. ELKALL This creates an ISY Light node for every definded Light node on the ELk If you change light_method from ELKALL to another method, the Light nodes will be removed ELKID This works by right-clicking on a node in the ISY and adding a note with "ELKID=n" where n is a unique integer Then click on the "export" link provided below which will appear once your ELK is synced Note: Depending on how many devices on your IoX it may take a while to process and generate the export file. Once the file is downloaded, open ElkRP connect to your System, then right click on Automation -> Lighting and import the file. ELKNAME This attempts to match the name of an ISY Node with the Name of an ELK Light node to control. The table on this page will show the matches. IMPORTANT: The Elk limits the light name to 15 characters. So the plugin will first check for an exact match of name or address and if not found then it will look for partial matches. This means if you have a light called "My Long Light Name 1" and "My Long Light Name 2" you will only be able to create an ELK light name of "My Long Light " so it won't find an exact match, then it will relook and match one of the others. But if you only have a light called "My Long Light Name" then it will always work as expected. Instead of using the device name, you can also put in the IoX device address in the Elk. Note that if you remove an Area, it will not be removed from the ISY or Polyglot. This is intentional just in case it's an accident and your scenes or programs reference the nodes. You can go to the Nodes Page in the Polyglot UI and delete leftover nodes from changing ranges or light_method using the X to the right of the node. Ranges A range can be comma seperated to include just those numbers, or seperated with a dash to include numbers in between. For example 1-3,5,7-8 will be 1,2,3,5,7,8 All ranges start at one just like the numbering the Elk uses.
  4. Is your PLM connected with a reasonable amount of links for the number of Insteon devices?
  5. I have a Polisy with the UD ZMatter ZWave board in operation at our vacation home. It has been in operation since the device was released and operates fine.
  6. Read through these sections: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Bootup_Sequence https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Troubleshooting
  7. Are you using Ethernet cable or wifi? If wifi, try using Ethernet for awhile and see if it makes a difference.
  8. Right click on your program name and select copy to clipboard, then past your program here.
  9. This is not normal. I have never lost any part of a favorite by deleting unused values without an error after a UD Mobile sync. If you create a backup first, remove the unused values, And then loose some part of a favorite, does restoring the backup correct the issue?
  10. DennisC replied to lhranch's topic in eisy
In the event something didn't install correctly the first time, I would suggest doing an upgrade packages, reboot when told to, followed by a power cycling.
  11. Yolink makes a power fail sensor. You plug it in to power from that circuit and you can use their app to email you if it loses power. It also has a loud audible alarm.
  12. You would need to move each item out of the folder you want to delete. Once the folder is empty, then you can delete it.
  13. Only the original admin login is supported. The extra users do not work.
  14. Try removing power from eisy for a few minutes.
  15. Per the wiki here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Camera_Systems_(in_app_integration) UD Mobile supports urls for RTSP and MP4 files.
  16. Try this: Settings-Tab > Systems > Your System > Program and Variable Settings
  17. I understand, but of there are a bunch that you are saving, the blue dot allows you to locate the revalent one quickly.
  18. I would offer up a different opinion, I prefer to click to clear the notice. There are times I'm busy and can not take corrective action right away. I like leaving the notice active as a reminder and I can go back to it right away and refresh my memory.
  19. From the wiki: Z-Wave Our Original Z-Wave implementation is the certified version of Z-Wave on the ISY-994. This code was ported to Eisy / Polisy, but is being deprecated in favor of our new more functional implementation called ZMatter Z-Wave. The original implementation on Eisy / Polisy can use generic Z-Wave controllers such as the Zooz stick, or, it can use the ZMatter Z-Wave controller (either board or USB dongle). The ZMatter Z-Wave implementation can only use the ZMatter Z-Wave controller (either board or USB dong le)

  21. @Javi, I started playing with your test tile and added your url to one of my dimmers. Really nice job! I think this will be a nice addition to UD Mobile. My testing raised 2 questions: 1. I added a format color change for status greater than or equal to 1%. I was expecting to see the slider change color, however, there was no color change at all? 2. Under the 0% there is the word off. Since there was not a corresponding on at the other end, I was expecting the off to change to on when the light was operated in or at least when it was at 100%?
  22. Click on the Pencil icon to enter edit mode, followed by selecting the device. In the popup select Configure and then add a mapped value by clicking Add. There are examples in the UDM wiki. From here you can use the current value to change color, display status, icon, or add prefix and sufix. You can add as many as you like.
  23. As long as it is the same platform (ios to ios, android to android), then you make a backup on the device with Favorites and restore it on the other device. If you require specific instructions check the UDM wiki.
  24. If the last time was more than about 6 weeks ago, it is worth trying again. The specific issue you are having was corrected for alot of us by a new start.jnlp after deleting Java cache.
  25. The Command type allows you to create a favorite that when touched can run a programs Then or Else command. This enables you to have a favorite tile that will open or close a garage door, or for that matter, run any program you desire. See below for the description. Command. This Type will allows users to specify any number of Node Commands. Pressing a Favorite of Type Command will execute the defined commands. Favorites of Type Command also allow from an optional Display Node, the display node does not inherit toggle ability. The Display Node does not have to match Command Nodes. See Commands below. Here is a link to the user guide: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/UD_Mobile
