How about posting one of the programs not working? Right click one of the programs and select copy to clipboard near the bottom of the list and paste here.

Make sure you are using the non secure port 2101 on the configuration tab of the plugin.

If you followed the configuration instructions and have specified the areas on the plugin configuration tab and then restarted the admin console, the zones should show up. The zones are not listed under Elk Controller, however. They should appear in your device list separately. If not, go to PG3 Elk plugin, set the log to debug, and then restart the plugin. After startup, check the log for errors. ELKNAME This attempts to match the name of an ISY Node with the Name of an ELK Light node to control. The table on this page will show the matches. IMPORTANT: The Elk limits the light name to 15 characters. So the plugin will first check for an exact match of name or address and if not found then it will look for partial matches. This means if you have a light called "My Long Light Name 1" and "My Long Light Name 2" you will only be able to create an ELK light name of "My Long Light " so it won't find an exact match, then it will relook and match one of the others. But if you only have a light called "My Long Light Name" then it will always work as expected. Instead of using the device name, you can also put in the IoX device address in the Elk. Note that if you remove an Area, it will not be removed from the ISY or Polyglot. This is intentional just in case it's an accident and your scenes or programs reference the nodes. You can go to the Nodes Page in the Polyglot UI and delete leftover nodes from changing ranges or light_method using the X to the right of the node. Ranges A range can be comma seperated to include just those numbers, or seperated with a dash to include numbers in between. For example 1-3,5,7-8 will be 1,2,3,5,7,8 All ranges start at one just like the numbering the Elk uses.

Is your PLM connected with a reasonable amount of links for the number of Insteon devices?

I have a Polisy with the UD ZMatter ZWave board in operation at our vacation home. It has been in operation since the device was released and operates fine.

Are you using Ethernet cable or wifi? If wifi, try using Ethernet for awhile and see if it makes a difference.

This is not normal. I have never lost any part of a favorite by deleting unused values without an error after a UD Mobile sync. If you create a backup first, remove the unused values, And then loose some part of a favorite, does restoring the backup correct the issue?

In the event something didn't install correctly the first time, I would suggest doing an upgrade packages, reboot when told to, followed by a power cycling.

Yolink makes a power fail sensor. You plug it in to power from that circuit and you can use their app to email you if it loses power. It also has a loud audible alarm.

You would need to move each item out of the folder you want to delete. Once the folder is empty, then you can delete it.

Only the original admin login is supported. The extra users do not work.

Try removing power from eisy for a few minutes.

I would offer up a different opinion, I prefer to click to clear the notice. There are times I'm busy and can not take corrective action right away. I like leaving the notice active as a reminder and I can go back to it right away and refresh my memory.

@Javi, I started playing with your test tile and added your url to one of my dimmers. Really nice job! I think this will be a nice addition to UD Mobile. My testing raised 2 questions: 1. I added a format color change for status greater than or equal to 1%. I was expecting to see the slider change color, however, there was no color change at all? 2. Under the 0% there is the word off. Since there was not a corresponding on at the other end, I was expecting the off to change to on when the light was operated in or at least when it was at 100%?

Click on the Pencil icon to enter edit mode, followed by selecting the device. In the popup select Configure and then add a mapped value by clicking Add. There are examples in the UDM wiki. From here you can use the current value to change color, display status, icon, or add prefix and sufix. You can add as many as you like.

As long as it is the same platform (ios to ios, android to android), then you make a backup on the device with Favorites and restore it on the other device. If you require specific instructions check the UDM wiki.

If the last time was more than about 6 weeks ago, it is worth trying again. The specific issue you are having was corrected for alot of us by a new start.jnlp after deleting Java cache.
