  1. My problem is with scenes for 3-way switches. Alexa can't control them now in the Alexa App on my phone or when they are included in a group or routine when previously there was not a problem. Thank you.
  2. I'm experiencing the same thing as Goose66.
  3. In Windows I need to use Ctrl V to paste. It will not paste using a mouse paste command.
  4. oberkc, As I look back through the logs, the program was working. The situation was, I would look at the logs when the lights were supposed to go on. I would see nothing in the logs and paid no attention to the time in the logs. Then I would change the program trying to figure pout what I was doing wrong. In the meantime I would manually turn on the lights through the admin console or mobile app. Of course I would have no idea the program triggered because the lights were already on. As usual, the ISY was doing exactly what it was told to do. I just didn't take the proper time to read the logs carefully. Lesson learned!!
  5. Problem resolved. I had not changed the time zone when I installed the ISY a couple months ago. Thus it was off by two hours. Even though I said the off program was working it was scheduled to go off after bedtime. So, in my mind that part of it was working. Currently these are the only programs I have that are time based. So, the problem never appeared before now. Such an easy fix to a frustrating problem. Thanks everyone for the ideas. Much appreciated.
  6. Z-Wave communications seem to be good. The interesting thing is I have similar programs to turn off the lights and that works.
  7. That's how I originally had it programmed and it didn't work for me.
  8. Hi Stu, Please answers below. What is the device that has the condition, "Status 'Christmas Tree Lights' is not On?" It's a Z-Wave On/Off device What kind of load, incandescent, LED, CFL, something else? LED What's the result of running Then for the first program, running Then for the second program? Running the then from either program results in the expected outcome. The Christmas Lights all turn on.
  9. oberkc, please remarks below. Besides not being sure why you break this into two programs, I don't see anything wrong programmatically. After trying many variations of the program, I decided to try having the one program triggered by the other program. I remember having to do this with another program, so I thought I would try it agian. But it didn't solve the problem. Is the first program disabled? No Does the "Christmas Lights" scene turn on if you manually run (then path) the second program? Both programs will run as expected if the "Then Path" is run manually. Does the program log show the first program having run at 4:30 (and being true)? Does the program log show the second program as true and run at 4:30? It does not and this seems to be where the problem is. Do you have any unsaved changes to either of these programs? No
  10. I would like some help in getting the following program to run. What am I doing wrong? I have scene with various Christmas light controllers. I can turn on the scene on and off from the admin console or my mobile apps. But, I have been unable to get the program to do the same. I have similar programs to turn them off. Thank you!! Christmas Lights On - [iD 001A][Parent 0001] If Status 'Christmas Tree Lights' is not On And Time is 4:30:00PM Then Run Program 'Christmas Lights On 2' (Then Path) Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') Christmas Lights On 2 - [iD 0022][Parent 0001] If - No Conditions - (To add one, press 'Schedule' or 'Condition') Then Set Scene 'Christmas Lights' On Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')
  11. Java needs to be installed on your computer before downloading admin.jnlp. Once admin.jnlp is downloaded you can then install admin.jnlp by double clicking on the admin.jnlp downloaded file. My experience has been the downloaded file will show up at the bottom of my screen as a downloaded file. I double click the file and it brings up Java then the ISY finder pops up, finds my Is and away we go. If admin.jnlp doesn't appear at the bottom of your screen after downloading, you should be able to find it in the download file on your computer. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

V3 gives you the option in the ISY portal to make scenes appear as lights. Make sure you have the scene added to your portal. Select the scene in the portal. Under select category you can select "light". Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  13. kingwr, your description was spot on. In my case, I was trying to complicate the process. My first group, following your directions worked just fine. My second and third groups OTH not so much because I deviated from your instructions. Once I got back on task it worked just fine. Thank you!!
  14. From my experience. Each group needs a name. If you name group "bedroom". You must use the name bedroom to turn on the lights. If you name the group "light" you can say turn the light. However, you can have only one group named "light". You can have another group named "lights". But only one "lights". Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  15. Stu, when he says "I attached the white wire to the big bundle". Would that be the neutral bundle?
  16. Both can be accessed through the admin console, Agave mobile app or MobiLinc mobile app. I have two completely independent isy's and access both using these methods. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  17. I have two ISYs at two different locations. I wanted to keep them separate so they both have their own ISY portal. We use Amazon Echos, so I have separate Amazon accounts for both. Agave and MobiLinc both support mutiple accounts. So each location has its own account in each. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  18. Fire TV doesn't support locks either. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  19. If you have just one Echo device, have you tried resetting it? Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  20. After adding your lock to the Isy portal did you ask Alexa to discover devices? The questions you are asking are correct and Alexa should respond with the answer.
  21. Stu, I appreciate your assistance as always. I have determined that the black wire in the box with three wires is connected to the line and is connected to the black screw. That would make the white and red wires travelers. To get a neutral in the box with three wires I will connect the white traveler wire to the neutral bundle in the other box. Is this correct? Update: Task successfully completed. Thanks Stu and Scott for your assistance. It's greatly appreciated!! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  22. If I re-attach the red wire just disconnected and then disconnect the red wire on the other switch, I can turn the light on off with the switch I just disconnected the red from. But not the other switch. I think this is to be expected.
  23. If I remove the red wire form the switch in the first picture that has line wire being black, I cannot turn the light on. However, I can turn the light on with the other switch.
  24. I wired the switches again. When both switches are off the black wire on the switch in the first picture has power just as indicated. The white wire on the other switch has power with both switches off.
  25. I did not try that. But I could.
