Trying to setup ISY with Amazon Echo
The first thing you should do is get your Ui the same version as your firmware.

Compatible Thermostat?
Yes, I have two Z-wave thermostats on the same ISY controlling two different furnaces and air conditioners.

Amazon Echo - Connected Home Feature!
This is impressive!! I live in WI and presently on a business trip on Long Island. The setup was completed with my phone here on Long Island. I called my wife and had her try it out and it worked flawlessly. Congratulations on a job well done. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Stu, Have you tried "Alexa, ask Izzy to turn off dining room" or replace "turn" with "switch"?

What is the current method for using Amazon Echo through the UDI Portal?
You could also try changing the one word description. "Kitchen" does work on my Echo. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Admin Console Slow To Update Device Status
Hi Michel, I'm connecting locally.

Admin Console Slow To Update Device Status
My admin console is very slow to update the status of the devices today. I can send commands through the admin console and they are executed as normal. However, it takes quite some time for the status of the device(s) in that command to update. The devices seem to update as usual when I access my ISY through the UDI Portal. Also when I sign out of the admin console it takes awhile for me to be able to sign back in because the admin console thinks I'm still signed in. This does not happen when I connect through the UDI Portal. Echo is also performing as normal. I am also unable to get the status of my devices on Mobilinc today.

Low non-Admin Level Account??
If you had the UDI portal you could also install MobiLinc on a tablet and that would give your guests control of the devices without the ability to change programs, scenes, etc. in your ISY.

After ISY port install, no portal tab under configuration
David, I didn't have to delete the Mobilinc portal. If my memory serves me correctly, that happened when I registered the UDI portal. What happens when you click on this link ISY Portal

After ISY port install, no portal tab under configuration
I've found that entering one word spoken works best for me. Reliability is very poor if I add more than one spoken word. As Jon, said it will get better. There's already been improvements and I have full confidence that UDI will be working to make it better. Like everyone else, I'm anxious to see the improvements, but at the same time it's fun and interesting being able to take part in the development of this feature.

There is a 2-wire cable with black and white wires. Black is connected to the black screw on the switch and white to white bundle. There are two additional cables associated with this switch. There two additional cables associated with this switch. One cable has a white and black wire the other cable has white, black and red wires in it. The red wire from the 3 wire cable was connected to the black wire in the 2 wire cable. White wire from the 2 wire cable was connected to the bundled white wires in the four gang box. I appreciate your help on this lee & Stu as i attempt to get my head wrapped around this 3-way circuit. It appears to me that the 3-wire cable runs to the other switch box of the 3-way circuit and the 2-wire cable runs to the light. Am I correct? Thanks!!
