  1. The Insteon switch that you see is for another light and it does work fine. It's not in a 3-way circuit. It get's its line power from same line bundle as described above.
  2. The black is the 120 volt line in this box. This box has three 3-way switches that are all connected the same way. Three cables come into the box. Each with a black, re, and white wire connected to a switch. It seems to me that the black line wire in this box is the same black wire below. Cable 2 Red - Switch White - switch Black - Line Bundle
  3. This is the other box. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  4. I disconnected all the wires from the two switches and the only one that had power was that black wire as indicated. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

  7. Switch 1 box has one cable running into it with red, black and white wires. All three wires are connected to the switch. The black wire is connected to the black screw. The switch 2 box has two cables coming into it. Each cable has red, black and white wires. On one cable, the black goes to the black crew on the switch. Red goes to line bundle and white goes to neutral bundle. The red and black cables on the second cable are attached to the switch and the black goes to the line bundle. Thanks Stu!!

  10. Here's the solution to my similar problem. http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/22340-amazon-echo-not-discovering-devices/
  11. Michel & Stu, I discovered the problem. When I went to unlink the Amazon account from the Isy portal, I discovered in my profile that I was not linked to any Amazon account!! Once I linked the Amazon account all is good. Thank you very much!! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  12. Stu, the attached screenshots I believe answer your questions. Also, if I ask Alexa verbally to discover devices she says this will take about 20 seconds......and when finished she says no devices found. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk Ok
  13. I've installed both Stu. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  14. I added the ISY skill and am able to control devices with this. However, Alexa still is unable to discover devices. ISY for Smart Home and the ISY skill are linked to the same Amazon account. Any ideas? Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  15. Yes I did.
  16. I'm attempting to get Amazon Echo connected to my ISY. Here's what I have done: 1. Installed the UDI portal on my ISY. 2.Linked the portal to my Amazon account. 3. Added the ISY Smart Home skill to my Alexa App. 4. Tried to discover devices several times with none added. I've repeated all the above steps several times with the same results. What am I missing? Thanks!!
  17. I have three of the GoControl/Linear GD00Z-4 Z-Wave Garage Door Opener Remote Controllers and about to install the fourth. I've been very happy with them. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  18. I have two homes and each has an ISY with the Portal module. How do I set them up in the portal so they are completely independent of each other?
  19. Try clearing your Java cache and see if that helps.
  20. Try clicking on the IP address. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

  22. I use the skill with my Harmony remote and it works quite well. It will turn on and off any activity I have programmed in my Harmony. It will adjust volume up and down. It will mute and unmute. It will go to the channel on the TV I ask it to go to. It's pretty neat.
  23. Seems to be working now. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
