  1. Just tried the 45% position and that worked. Might have done something wrong before. Set tilt at 100 and clicked set shade position. Nothing happened. Then clicked open and shaded open all the way. Clicked close and shade closed but still no tilt. Clicked tilt open but not tilt. Clicked tilt closed but no tilt hunterdouglas_3-2-2024_15211_PM.zip
  2. I noticed that AC shows the shade as 100% open now when it is in fact fully closed (see pic). I am testing the foyer shade in the pic below. Clicked open in AC and shade opened all the way but primary shade position shows 0 in the AC. Set shade to 50% and clicked shade position. Shade is still open all the way but shows 50% in the AC. Set shade at 100% and clicked shade position and shade closed fully. I have not tried the tilt because setting the shade posion at intermediary values now seems to just fully open or close the shade hunterdouglas_3-2-2024_13938_PM.zip
  3. I tried that twice from the AC with no luck. I just resorted to power cycling the eisy and that worked. thanks... back to testing
  4. @sjenkins When I installed the latest version, it said it was disconnected. When I tried to uninstall it, it failed with I installed another copy of the plugin in another slot with the same result; so, now I have 2 disconnected version of the plugin. Thinking this might be a PGx issue I submitted a ticket Gary
  5. I have a plugin that says disconnected but if I try to delete it I just get a message that says it failed to uninstall. I installed another copy in a different slot but I have the same problem with it as well Gary
  6. @sjenkins did some more testing. Only two issues that I found. 1. Tilt does not work and tilt field in AC is blank. This is not an issue for me as only two shades have tilt capability and it is not something that is ever used. 2. As I mentioned before, if I click the close button the shade opens fully. If I click the open button, the shades closes fully Scene activation and setting shade position both work well. Now I can get rid scenes if I want. They were only there because the cell phone app needed them hunterdouglas_3-1-2024_34756_PM.zip

  10. @sjenkins No, thank you for doing the journey. I much appreciate it. I agree with you about the names. Looks like a concatenation of different items that I created in the cell phone app. I will likely rename them at some point but for now I can see the full names in the PG3 nodes list; so, I can link to the AC name for clarification.

  12. I notice that full names show up in the debug log but are truncated in the AC. I assume this is a limit of the AC. I attached one more screen shot.
  13. Wow... Nice - thanks, looks like everything is there in the AC. Just need to spend some time today figuring out exactly what I am seeing and doing a bit of testing.   16. @sjenkins Wow thank you very much! I was not expecting this. I updated to 0.1.2. I get a message saying "start up". Not sure what it means. I rebooted eisy but I still do not see any shades under HunterDouglas in the AC. I attached a log file.   17. @sjenkins thanks. I have 8 shades so not worth it to replace everything with gen 3. I am using network resources for some limited functionality (open/close) now based on info from another poster a few years ago. Although this generally works, it is not totally reliable. Recently I added some zwave smartwings shades which wife likes and have worked pretty reliably
  18. FYI... Got this reply from Hunter Douglas If you currently have PowerView Gen2 shades, hub and repeaters they are not compatible with PowerView Gen3 Gateways. PowerView Gen3 is Bluetooth operated and the motors run on a BLE signal. The only way to use PowerView Gen3 Gateways is to purchase new PowerView Gen3 shades. PowerView Gen2 shades cannot be converted to PowerView Gen3 operation as the internal components are also not compatible unfortunately.

  20. Not sure what version the gateways are but I have had them for a number of years. I get {"message":"Not Found","error":{}} for http://192.168.2.239/home. I am not getting a response for the other one
  21. Yes I did. I added the gatewayip key with a value of ['192.168.2.239','192.168.2.233']
  22. Just installed this. Thanks! I have 8 shades and 2 gateways. All I see in the AC is just the HunterDouglas node with status of True. Just wondering why I don't see any shades. Gary
  23. I notice that the server status goes from green to disconnected whenever I do a software update on blue iris. I need to manually restart the blue iris node server to return the server status to green. Is there a way to automatically restart the node server when this disconnection condition occurs? Gary
  24. Been using Yolink now for about a year. I have a few motion, and humidity detectors along with 7 or 8 leak detectors. Echoing other users comments, I found everything very easy to set up and has been very reliable. Leak detectors are set up to trigger a Zwave water shut off value. This worked perfectly the two times it was needed. My only wish is that there be a local api instead of relying on the cloud. I was worried about this with the leak detection so I direct connected the leak detectors to a Yolink relay whose output can then trigger my Zwave water shutoff valve. I realize Yolink has a water shutoff valve that can be direct linked to the leak detectors but I already had a functioning Zwave water shutoff value and did not want to spend the money to replace it. If and when there is a local api, I will consider expanding my Yolink system. Gary
