Do not enable internet access at all. Uncheck that selection. What is the result if you browse to http://my.isy.io ?

Select Configuration > Portals. Does it show you as being online and registered? Does it show an active service?

Sending a signal (on or off) to a device affects only that device, not any of its links. So if you use a scene to turn off button B, only button B's LED turns off, not any of the devices that button B controls.

If you power cycle anything, then order is important. Power up the PLM first, wait a few seconds and then power up the ISY.

I found that using all lower case letters for the "spoken" helped--sometimes.

The skill lives at Amazon. You only need to let your Echo know that you want to use the skill. If you've already done that, then you're updated.

In the scene that you want active, turn off the other buttons. For example, for the button C scenes, set button B to off. The next time you press button B, it will turn the B scene On, not off.

Under Options (you may have to wait), select Auto Re-lock off. Wait. You may also need to heal network after each change. For security the codes are not exposed. I use only the ISY Z-Wave module, not Schlage Connect.

I believe that you only need to upgrade to the ZigBee RSC module.

It's likely that your ISY has been assigned a new IP address. Check your router for attached devices. I believe the ISY MAC address should begin with 00:21:B9

I'm using a static IP address for my ISY 994i Pro with the portal and 3 Echos.

Connected Home already includes the Insteon Hub 2. Scenes are not supported.

"Alexa, tell izzy to set the living room thermostat to heating 77º," then "tell izzy to set the living room thermostat to 76º" (heating not said). The results are below. Note also that izzy has trouble finding the thermostat. If I simply ask for the status, izzy can find the thermostat.

When you use the Admin Console to control a device, only that device is controlled, not any of its links. To do otherwise can result in an infinite loop. If you want to control both a device and its links, then control the scene, not the device.

MobiLinc allows push notification from the ISY.

Connected Home gives you the ability to ask Alexa to do something, such as "Alexa, turn on the living room light." Prior to Connected Home, the ISY skill required that you say, "Alexa, tell Izzy to turn on the living room light." The portal (not free) enables the ISY to "talk" the the Amazon Echo. MobiLinc is an app that allows you to use a smartphone to access ISY device, scenes, thermostats, etc. BTW, the skill is still needed to control a few devices orally such as locks and thermostats.

Benoit, thanks for the tip about the front door. "Main door lock" works, "main door deadbolt" does not. Alexa heard, "main door dead bolt," so I renamed the lock using both words. Alexa heard correctly, but still couldn't find the device. There's a problem with the status of the Insteon thermostat (2441TH). I'm concerned about the last value in this reply, "living room thermostat temperature is 75.50It is set to heat at 152 degrees." The result is replicable.

The only concerns include not using the ISY to restore or update the SwitchLinc and, in the event you have to replace your very old PLM, you'll have to reset the SwitchLinc manually. BTW, I'm using a 2412S to power a 99i Pro

Just to clarify, I mean to set, not to adjust the On-level manually. Is that what you tried?

You'll need the portal even for the skill which is freely available. The only constraint is that you'll need to ask Alexa to tell Izzy to perform a task. Also, even it there's only one slot available, why not try for it
