I suggest that you answer my questions.

I don't see anything wrong. Try this: in one scene, set the buttons that should be at 0% to 100%. Allow the scene to update. Then reset both buttons back to 0% and allow the scene to update again.
-
If you used Button Grouping to configure the buttons, rest the KPLs. It's recommended that everything be controlled with scenes. After doing that, post (or describe) the scenes you created here.

That's true. The Z-wave frequency in the US is 902MHz to 928MHz.. Z-Wave in Europe usess 868.0MHz to 868.6MHz.

The I/O Linc is powerline only. Have you ensured that your dual-band device have bridged the opposite legs of the split, single-phase electric supply? Do you have any dual-band devices in the garage? Temporarily power the I/O Linc from another circuit (using a ling extension cod). Can you control the I/O Linc now?

Else never gets triggered. The If statement is triggered only if the module is switched on. Simply add Or Control 'Septic Micro Module' is not switched Off When the Micro Module is switched off the trigger statement becomes false and statements under the Else clause are executed. Consider this statement, "If the sun shines, then I will go to the beach." The sun does not shine, but I go to the beach anyway. Is my statement false? No, it's not. I only said what I'll do if the sun shines, I did not state what I'll do (or not do) if the sun doesn't shine.

Beep causes some device that have sound to beep a bit. Duration is usually ignored and any sound is really weak. Yes, it's the beep noise a module makes.

If Control 'I/O Linc Sensor' is switched On Then Repeat x times Set 'Whatever device you want to respond' On Wait y seconds Set 'Whatever device you want to respond' Off
-
Yes, you can. Reconfigure the KPL to 8-button mode. Use the 6-button frame. The top buttons will become A & B, the bottom buttons will be G & H. (The 4 middle buttons will be C, D, E & F). Include both A & B (and G & H) in any scene.

If Control 'Controlled Device' is switched Off Then Wait 5 seconds Set 'Controlled Device' Off The program will run only if you manually turn off the switch. If you have a virtual 3-way configuration, you'll need a Control statement for each device and to set the scene Off.

Nope. Once added, it should fully function. But, I haven't tried Release 5+. I'm still at 4.3.10. OTOH, when using RemoteLincs distant from the ISY, the response is nearly immediate. With those close to the ISY the responders take 3-5 seconds before responding.
-
Battery powered devices need to be put in linking mode one-at-a-time. The original RemoteLinc needs to be quite distant from the ISY when adding it. Some of mine needed to be nearly 40 ft distant.

Range Extenders do not "boost" the Insteon signal. As with all dual-band devices, Range Extenders repeat the signal. The only way to determine if they're needed is in the event you are having communication difficulties, although in that case a Range Extender may or may not be a cure. Simply remove any and observe the results. If everything is OK, then you don't need any.

Passive X10 couplers are effective for both X10 and Insteon signals, but some active X10 couplers (also known as boosters). But, dual-band device do a good job of bridging the opposite legs of the split, single-phase electric supply. Try removing the couplers you have, one-at-a time and note the effect.

Click on the device and select Options (center, bottom).

The I/O Linc NO and COM should be connected to terminals 3 & 4. Polarity doesn't matter, but as LeeG indicated, having the I/O Linc in latching mode will render the wall unit inoperable.
-
Insteon has changed the default state of some devices in the past. There's no guarantee that a future revision will have that same default.
-
The procedure is to replace one device at a time, wait until all the links are written and then replace the second device. I don't know what the result is if you attempt to replaced the second device before the first has completed. But, if the second device is gone, then add the replacement and recreate the links/scenes. You can't replace a device that's not there.
-
You can't just plug in a new device and use "replace with." The new device must be added to the ISY first, then the old device is replaced with the new device. After the replacement, the "old" name is used for the new device. It will appear identical to the original (old) device. The only clue is that the Insteon ID is that of the new device.

The 1011 and ! are nearly always indications of a communication, not a device, problem. Try Restore device followed by Write Updates to device. Also make sure the wiring connections are secure and tight. If that doesn't fix the problem or the problem recurs, try to determine what else is on the same circuit that maybe interfering with communication. Start by unplugging every device on that circuit. Simply turning a device off won't help. It must be unplugged or disconnected.

ryanmead83, The dryer outlet is "normal/standard." Just not the same as a 110/120 volt outlet for obvious reasons. A clamp-on sensor over the power cord would work.
-
A difficulty with using the SynchroLinc for a washer is that nearly all modern washers go through pause cycles during which virtually no power is used (the timer does not use enough power the register on a SynchroLinc). As for an electric dryer, using the Synchrolinc would require some electrical work including having access to a neutral wire.

Select the errant device. At the extreme right is a panel Labelled Membership. Is the device a Controller of or Responder to any scenes?

Unable to get KeyPad Linc LED to reflect light status

If you add a device as a controller, then the device is added as both. There is no way to add a device as a controller only. The documentation does NOT make this clear. -
Most would consider a door as open when it's not completely closed. A light is off when it's not on at all. Closed and off are clear, even thought here are varying levels of open and on.
