Ok here is what I want to do. I have a program for the ISY that will send an email notification whenever the front or back door is open but if im home I don't want it to notify me. So I created a Tasker profile that if Im not near my cell tower then activate the door notification program. But how do I prevent the ISY from also independently running that program when I am home and open the door? Thanks

Can the garage kit be setup to never remotely open but only close? Outside the normal remote opener

Probably a stupid question but do you still use the existing opener button to open and close or does that get replaced by insteon control. Also, does this kit work with all garage door openers? Thanks

Does the scene have to include a controller? For example I want to add all my lights to a scene then have a program turn that scene on and off

If I have an all lights on and off scene, can I have a program activate that scene? Thanks

How would I disable the motion sensor when I open the door so I can have the lights stay on longer when I enter the house and the door sensor is triggered?

I have two remotes. I set one to toggle and the other to non toggle. I have a scene where both remotes can control my back porch light. I see know difference in the use between the non toggle remote and the toggle.

So why specifically those devices?

Are the firmware updates done automatically?

Do you have an example where you might want it to be non toggle? Thanks
