I just added ELK module on PG3 and want to know how to access the ELK on UD mobile? Also can you see the armed/disarmed status as well as arm and disarm the ELK from UD Mobile?

I recently purchased the ELK node and am trying to add outputs 1 to 24. Ive tried 1,2,3,4 and tried 1-24 but for some reason only 1,2,3,4 and 10 are added. Am i doing something wrong?

Can a surge protector be used for the PLM? Im thinking of the kind that plug into the outlet then the PLM plugs into that. Thanks

I am going to make one but it bugs me I cant find the cable. Myself, my uncle and my friend all dont remember having a cable in the box and we all bought it from Aartech.

So the pre order ones are old enough to have to do those instructions? I would imagine im capable of following instructions to do it but if I cant, what would tech support do?

I bought my Polisy by pre order when it first came out. Somewhere I read something about if the polisy is more than 2 years old it needs to be upgraded. Can anyone explain this please? Thanks

So the switch is always on and the isy controls the on off? Does the ISY also dim it?

Im about to upgrade to IoP and reading that I need the original serial cable that came with the PLM. I have no idea if it is the original but it works fine with my ISY. I am using an ethernet cable (RJ45 to RJ45)to connect from the plm to the ISY.
