its not internet speed and no virus scanner enabled Everything works BUT the screen doesnt refresh unless I close the AC and re-open as an example I did a zwave synchronize on a remote system nothing happened 5 minutes later a box popped up saying interviewing zw49 then nothing 30 minutes later i closed AC and restarted The interview had completed I open event viewer on remote box, it opens and no activity I should note the remote boxes are on lower versions 5.3.4, 5.6.2

via ISY portal and picking via portal cloud in java AC launcher

I have multiple Polisy devices remote and when I connect to them via cloud have issues. Everything comes up fine, but adding devices happens, but the AC doesnt update without a logout / login both zwave and Insteon the pop up boxes and activities show up on a local session but not via remote to the cloud Happens on 3 different Win11 machines. Have cleared cache, loaded latest etc. Works fine on cloud access to local machines Has anyone else tried ? seen this issue ?

can u SSH to it ? if so try sudo pkg install -f isy sudo shutdown -r now

upgraded Polisy wired and was on 13.2 can ping it but no ssh

Update appears to have bricked my Polisy. Restored on to an Eisy. All good again

I believe Govee is a unsuported, legacy plugin. I tried it a few years ago and had the same results as you. Same with Lifx I gave up on them and switched to Hue works flawlessly ...Barry

Resolved here too thanks Michal and a ticket. issue was a file set to update to quarterly, not latest. Suspect this occured when there was an update failure a couple of years ago when some of us changed the file to get back up

@Bumbershoot Cam you elaborate on I upgraded my Polisy and None of my plugins connect. re-install doesnt help

I added Both the Yolink Garage dor sensor and the Yolink Garage door opener. IOX allows monitor as well as open / close

if as you say, its a NVR and connected to a DVR you will need to adress the DVR In my case I had to enable on the DVR then... rtsp://username:password@DVR.IP.Address:554/chID=1&streamType=main&lnk-Type=tcp Also notice Linux is case sensitive
