let me clarify. I believe it only supports Insteon switches. Not scenes, not Zwave, not zigbee etc

I thought the IOX/Matter plugin only supported Insteon ?

Interesting I have 2 eISY's on my network Both are at 6.0.5 Both are accessible via ip address to eISY UI Both of them shows the eISY UI tab in the portal One works, the other reports file not found. File not found: eisy-ui-1.0.8-4/index.html Any ideas ?

@garybixler there is an alexa skill that works great without UDI. Thats my MO but Venstar plugin for UDI control

I previously had that issue Power cycle EiSY fixed it

i have had the exact same issue in two locations both with unifi In both cases it was caused by slow internet connections run a speed test on the lan leg the isy is on

correct basically the iolinc closes the same contacts as pressing wall button. you have to connect to the pads that the switch closes, not the normal wires that go to opener

works if you solder the contacts to the wall panel to the pads for the push button

I tried to make this work months ago and never got the alexa spoken to work There is a PG3X node server called "Virtual Button" that accomplished it for me

I Installed a new Echo-11 last week and it asked if I wanted Alexa+ I clicked no and I am on non + running fine

I moved an instance 2 weeks ago from a polisy to a eisy (internal zmatter to different usb zmater) 2 weeks ago and the restore fuction worked - no issues. I did have to do a reboot after installing the usb to get the zmatter as showing active. did you open s usb to confirm the antenna wires are connected ?

any chance you have the antennas swapped ?
