I installed Envisalink HW last Saturday on PG3 everything worked flawlessly. Yesterday the PG3 Node Server threw a cant connect to envisalink at 192.168.1.155 (the reserved address) I can ping it, and I can login to it at that address with browser / password is default Tried removing the Node Server and re-installing, same failure I can see alarm from the app It may have been when I upgraded to 5.5.5 on IOX Polisy with Zmatter Any other ideas ?? log attached ...Barry EnvisaLink-HW_2-7-2023_35933-PM.zip

i have plenty of devices and scenes that transfered and work well I just cant seem to add a new one post migration

Soooo. I have 4 Polisy's I manage that have the Zmater board installed. The one that I did the Zwave migration works great. The other 3 have the Zmatter Zwave not responding message Maybe try the Zwave migrate to see if it enables it ???

does bitstring get installed with the LIFX node server install ? I tried updating before installing LIFX and bitstring is not installed

If I read the conversion announcement for 5.5.2 zwave, it doesnt mention the restore of Insteon to the Polisy / eisy Is there a conversion process to follow before the zwave conversion ?

dont use 8080 for SSH use the default (think its 23)

So if planning to migrate a 994 / node servers to a polisy with Matter should I prep a polisy first to IOX 5.5.0 ?

I opened a ticket a week ago [Ticket #19457] due to 3rd light flashing. I was hoping I could recover my existing node servers so would like to know if the flash chip available from support could fix instead of replacing the SSD. I have not received a response to my ticket and PMed Michael to no avail. Anyone on the forum have a suggestion ?? ...Barry

Hijacking the thread I have 4 installations I am planning on upgrading to Zwave/Matter Polisy from 994 3 have 500 series Zwave. 1 still has 300 series. Can I migrate 1, clear the 500 board, migrate last to 500 series, then Migrate to Polisy ?

you probably need to upgrade to 5.3.4 and use default for mail service. the upgrade fixed my identical issue

issue may be 5.3.4 needs the Zwave 500 board and it still shows out of stock. IDK if they will come back in stock, have been looking for months

This got me thinking. I have a current Polisy I using as a test box, but I have one of the initial Polisy's running as a PG2 machine only. It is at 12.2 Earlier we were advised not to update via SSH but use the upgrade button 12.2 doesnt have. Is there a reccomended path to upgrade ? ...Barry

The announcement email said easy upgrade from ISY994 with 500 series Zwave module Previously there was mention of upgrading from 300 series Zwave. Is that off the table ? I was under the impression that the 500 series module was no longer available ...Barry

@Geddy TU the upgrade notes never mentioned notifications May I ask another ?? I need to upgrade another site with the 500 series board to make it work there I have 2 Zwave modules setting in front of me One with an LED on the side and one without Searched but cant find the answer is one of them a 500 series board ??
