  1. Yes, it is, but I don't think @Javi solved it for him. From my screen shot you can see I have those enabled already.
  2. Hi @Javi, Lately I noticed that variables do not update in my favorites when the value changes. For example I have a variable for each door sensor that changes from 0 to 1 when the door opens. If I tap on the favorite icon and open the variable information, the value changes. Then when I return to the favorite it is now displayed correctly. Running 1.1.64 Thank you.
  3. Thanks Bob, I should have mentioned that I tried restarting it twice in a row. That's why I got the message about too many tries. I have both polls set to an hour. I wonder if there was an issue with Climacell, because overnight it resolved itself.
  4. Maybe the issue is at Climacell
  5. Hi @bpwwer, I don't think the issue is related to version 2.0.3. After I read @rwsani99 message I checked mine and found that the current and forecast data are not updating. I'm still on 2.0.2. You can see in the log that it been failing since the start of 5/10/24. Log attached. Thanks Bob. log.txt
  6. I spoke to Amazon again. When they look at the enabled skills on my account they see isy Optimized V3 enabled but they also see another skill called isy enabled. I can't see the isy skill on my app but she said that's because it's no longer available. Maybe that's part of the problem. I asked her to delete it but she could not. She wondered if maybe you could break the link to my isy account from your end.
  7. I can access the AC via https://my.isy.io/isy/7....
  8. Hi @bmercier, My routines are not triggering, I can see the motion sensor toggle in the Alexa app but the routine will not trigger. Been of the phone with Amazon for over an hour, we've tried everything, delete app, disable skill, delete routine. Nothing seems to help
  9. You can use network resources instead. Once set up then the "Set" line above becomes: Resource <descriptive name>
  10. It's a remote system so I can't unplug the cable. I noticed that the remote system was running 5.8.0 so I took a chance and did a remote upgrade. Now at 5.8.3 and the problem is gone! Thank you.
  11. I just ran into this problem too. What's interesting is that the notifications using values that will not display are still working so there was a point in time when this was working correctly. Recent upgrade must have broken this.
  12. Hi @Javi, Thought it was fixed but there is one thing not quite right. The High Temp display status that I mentioned previously will not update automatically from a fresh start of UD Mobile. It's blank but if I tap on it the device details come up and show that they are populated, then when I return to the favorite the value is now populated. I have the 3 update status turned on. It is only this specific one that is not working. All other favorites update correctly after a restart of UD Mobile. Something about this device must be different. It's no biggie but I thought you would like to know. Thank you for the great support!
  13. Fixed! Thank you very much!
  14. I'm local to one of the eisy's so I configured it for "Only use local connection" . Same result, no values displayed.
  15. It appears to just be node servers affected. I just checked on a 2nd eisy I have and it has the same problem
  16. @Javi, No there is no data for the device, see screen shot. There is data when I look at it from the AC. Synchronize does not fix it.
  17. Hi @Javi, I just tried 1.1.60 and the error has been corrected. However the Favorite does not show the selected value. See screen shots. Thank you.
  18. Hi @Javi, I've run into a problem with my favorites, specifically Display Status. Here is an example but it happens for all types of favorites. I create a favorite for a variable. I use the default value for the Display Status and it's all good, see screen shot. But if I try to create it with a different value for Display status or go back and try to change the Display status I get the the word REQUIRED! in the display status and then I'm stuck. It will not accept any value at this point. Suggestions? Thank you.
  19. Hi @Panda88, I'm stuck in a loop trying to authenticate. I start the NS and the log says invalid pin. A few seconds later Blink texts me a new code. I enter that into the NS configuration and save, hit restart but it fails again and Blink sends a new code. I also tried not restarting but the result is the same. The NS periodically tries again and I get a new code from Blink each time. Any suggestions? Thanks 2024-04-21 15:13:31,915 Thread-7 udi_interface INFO BlinkSystem:auth: Auth key required 2024-04-21 15:13:32,384 Thread-7 blinkpy.auth ERROR auth:send_auth_key: Invalid PIN 2024-04-21 15:13:32,384 Thread-7 blinkpy.auth ERROR auth:send_auth_key: Invalid PIN
  20. Thanks Bob, I'll adjust the poll times if the problem continues. For my purposes, I only need an update once a day.
  21. @bpwwer, thanks for your reply. Does the query occur on the short or long pole? I am not explicitly doing a query with a program. I don't see that option. The only choice is 'remove notices'
  22. Hi @bpwwer, the forecast does not update reliably everyday. If I restart the NS, it does update although there is an error reported: 2024-02-01 07:45:54,472 MainThread udi_interface.interface WARNING interface:db_getNodeDrivers: controller not found in database. 2024-02-01 07:45:54,472 Interface udi_interface.interface INFO interface:_startMqtt: Using SSL cert: 0021b902658a_6.cert key: 0021b902658a_6.key ca: /usr/local/etc/ssl/certs/ud.ca.cert 2024-02-01 07:45:54,472 MainThread udi_interface.interface INFO interface:addNode: Adding node Climacell Weather(controller) [None] 2024-02-01 07:45:54,472 MainThread udi_interface.interface INFO interface:setController: Using node "controller", driver "ST" for connection status. 2024-02-01 07:45:54,522 MQTT udi_interface.interface INFO interface:_connect: MQTT Connected with result code 0 (Success) 2024-02-01 07:45:54,522 MQTT udi_interface.interface INFO interface:_connect: MQTT Subscribing to topic: udi/pg3/ns/clients/00:21:b9:02:65:8a_6 - MID: 2 Result: 0 2024-02-01 07:45:54,565 MQTT udi_interface.interface INFO interface:_subscribe: MQTT Subscribed Succesfully for Message ID: 2 - QoS: (0,) 2024-02-01 07:45:54,597 Thread-2 udi_interface ERROR climacell:parameterHandler: ***** Entered parameter handler.... Could it be related to that? Thank you.
  23. Hi @Jimbo.Automates, I'm trying to figure out how to use System custom messages for Telegram. There doesn't seem to be a way to specify which custom message you want to send. If I click the send button on the node, it sends a null message to my phone. Same issue if you try to create a program. Thank you
  24. Thanks @IndyMike, confusion resolved, you're right, only a single write to the 2477S. I have so many NS running that the log is flooded with communication from them. Today I shut down all of the NSs to get a clean look at the activity. I was confusing another insteon device with a similar xx.xx.xx for the 2477s. I'll try and catch a NACK coming from the keypad. If there is one you might think eisy would then realize that the command failed and when prompted a second time try again. I have an Alexa routine that turns off the backlight. If it fails I can trigger the routine again but nothing happens. I'll run logging at bedtime to see if I can catch it.
  25. @IndyMike, thanks for your reply. Before I wrote this up I tried it on a 2477S and it writes the update every time I change the backlight from the AC. I have an eisy but it's hard to imagine that makes a difference. As for expected behavior, I'm not sure I would agree with that. I'd like to think that eisy would always send the requested commands regardless of what it might think the current state is. I haven't checked but I'll bet it doesn't do it for on and off. Maybe I'm missing something here. I know the number of times you can write backlight is finite, maybe that's the logic but for me it work with a 2477S. Maybe 2477S is an i1?
