Hi Michel, Thanks for giving attention to this! I created two programs, for on and off... they both give the message "Sorry, i couldn't reach universal devices" Recreated with good device, they work. Now it gets more interesting... !!! I then ADD the failing device to both... (so each program is controlling 2 devices) Now both programs WORK! WTF?

Somehow (respectfully) I don't think you're reading this properly... -GH understands me! (no problem) -The command IS getting to Google (that's why it responds) -It is GOOGLE that is saying it can't reach UDI (But ONLY for the devices in question!) (The message is TOTALLY different for all other cases and devices) -The devices work PERFECTLY locally, and via UD-mobile remotely (NOT DEAD!!!) -They worked FINE in the past... at some point Google is now linking these devices to a NON-EXISTENT server! (that's why it is saying it can't reach UD !!!) -I see it in ISY portal and can control from "ISY Web Access" -The Insteon Device ID's are Correct and DO match (In this particular case, I'm picking on 53.1E.78)

This problem didn't magically go away (as i hoped it would too LoL)... I deleted it, uploaded spokens, then re-added and gave the spoken a new funny name "cookie" It actually worked for a couple minutes, and now is back to "Sorry, Universal Devices is Unavailable right now" WTF? Other devices are working ok, but a few are stuck in this mode. It seems like Google is preferring to talk to a non-existent (maybe OLD??) server for particular 'devices'.

ISY994, portal Certain devices (maybe 30% of mine) which used to work fine now say "Sorry it looks like universal devices is unavailable right now" when I try to turn them on/off by voice. The rest work fine. All devices work fine from App and Browser, Mini Keypads, etc. I've tried uploading to Google several times, but no change. Why? Fixes? Thanks

I'm still on ISY-994i(v5.0.16) with old Zwave, and all working good, no node servers. So, do i now buy an EISY and Zmatter, and does that do all I need (I have Insteon PLM). (So the Polisy isn't need at all?) Do I need any PI's or anything to now d node servers? (I'm hoping to do YoLink and CAO tags) Any tips would be appreciated.

Where is the WiKi?? I'm fresh off the boat here, but based on this, have ordered and received a set of YoLink leak sensors and hub and would like to integrate to my issy. I have an Issy994i with zwave module and insteon plm. It's working great, so if possible, I'd like to keep it, and integrate. Do i need a raspberry pi? Do i still need the yolink hub?

Just a repeat so it's easy to see the solution... the fix for me was to delete and re-do the wi-fi entries... presto, worked.

Hmmm.... I had posted in here 5 minutes after i posted, that I had found the fix myself (Even before Javi's post)... (It seems to not have made it)... anyways, the fix for me was to delete and re-do the wi-fi entries... presto, worked.

So, after a power outage sent me on this journey, I see that (for me at least), UD-Mobile is horrible at running locally, when WAN is disabled. I have a video attached, showing UD-Mobile having a nervous breakdown, as soon as i unplug my modem (I have an Insteon switch to turn it off and on... shown is "SW-Inet-Modem). I uploaded a video of my session to YouTube at: https://youtu.be/gmeVGXI2Vbg I found another app called SimpleHomeController, which works (While UD-Mobile is crying the blues), that I use to turn the modem off and on for testing. I have my WiFi's in the settings, and approved/allowed, as instructed, but that doesn't help. So, first I show UD-Mobile running fine when WAN is up... Then i kick the modem off, (My whole internal network stays up)... then the fun starts. After i turn the modem back on, it takes a good 10-15 minutes until UD-Mobile finally puts the Kleenex away, and starts playing nicely. Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks

I checked mine, and yes, they were wrong, and I don't remember being asked (or told) what to do... I have the standard two networks 2.4 and 5G SSIDs, and some of my devices had the 2.4 (I use the 5G so had to add now), and couple were just wonky stuff. Can these be included in backup/export-import? (Mistake phone to have to do manually each device) I imagine a ton of people don't have this configured properly and don't even know it. Thanks! Fred

Basically same issue for me... I don't run polisy... but UD Mobile on Android prefers cloud over local, so I have to set 'only use local connection' but when (not if) the portal drops, I can't get into ud mobile to change it to this... And I need it unset normally, to control my house when away from home... HUGE Problem, please fix...
