As @DennisC and @apostolakisl mention there's no good way to have them running together. Insteon devices can only have one controller. So unless you have 2 PLM and put some devices on one system and some on another you wouldn't be able to run both devices to control the Insteon you have currently have in place. That's where the migration comes into play. If you are only running Insteon currently the migration is very straight forward and easy. Quite possibly without issue you wouldn't even know you made the change.
So you're not "starting over". You're able to migrate the devices/setup from the ISY994 (as long as you're using firmware 5.3.4), and since you say you don't have any z-wave currently you more than likely are, or could/should be running 5.3.4 on the ISY994.

@MLozevski Welcome to the forums.
What's the reason for looking for files in a compressed/archived backup? The restore process uses the zip file not individual files. So any attempt to alter/edit files within the backup could corrupt the backup and cause a future restore to fail.

More than likely your power supply has gone bad. Even if the power light is on and steady it might be faded or dimly light. Power supply info is given in same area linked above.
If you think the power supply is fine then check your router for "connected devices" to see if you see the ISY connected. Have you changed/replaced your router recently?
Make sure the PLM is powered on first (maybe 30-60 seconds) before you power up the ISY994.
Lastly, make sure you have downloaded a fresh IoX Launcher (start.jnlp) from the UD site (click on "My ISY" at the top of the UD site). Delete any old copies of start.jnlp or admin.jnlp that may exist on your system.

@jpoje Thanks for sharing. Have you performed a full power cycle of the eisy? Even though you might have updated and then pushed the "reboot" button in Admin Console sometimes a full power cycle is still needed to get things working correctly.
You can either press the power button 5 times to reboot the device or you can press it 6 times to power it down (power led should turn red) then unplug (just out of habit this has been suggested) then plug in and allow it to fully boot (3-5 minutes). Then try PG3x again.

@BrianN324 you mentioned this. I wonder if you set a static IP on the device itself and it's outside the DHCP addressing for the new router. This was very common for users that setup the ISY994 a long time ago as that was once the suggested rout of keeping the IP address stable.
Currently, the suggested option would be through IP Reservations at the router level. And why UDI removed this ability in the Polisy and eisy devices.
If you try the above options and still cannot "find" the ISY perhaps review this from the wiki:

If you can't remember what the IP you used for the ISY994 there might be no other option than resetting it. Hopefully you have a backup of some sort, but if you haven't accessed the ISY994 in a while it might be last ditch effort to reset it.
If you know DHCP table used in the old router you could set that temporarily in the new router and perhaps the device would connect on bootup. Then remove the static IP setting in the ISY994 configuration tab and allow automatic DHCP. Unplug the ISY994. Then reset the router to how it was before this and let everything else connect to the router before powering up the ISY again.
Depending on how long ago you replaced the router maybe you still have it and can power it up (not connected to the internet or anything, but enough to connect the ISY994 directly to it and maybe plug a computer directly to it to attempt to access the ISY994 that way. (If the above changing the current router DHCP table is not an option for you)
One other option I can think of, and would only work if the device is connected to your network is to ask if you have it connected to the UD Portal (my.isy.io). If you have an active portal license for it see if it is showing connected to the portal. If it is then you can use the remote access address from the portal information section to attempt to add that "Admin Console URL" to the IoX Finder window you posted above. Then use your UD Portal credentials to access the ISY994.
PS: If you do have the portal access it shows you the "Internal IP" as well. But I think the device has to be connected to the current network, and if you're IP isn't within the DHCP table of the new router it might not be making that connection.

This just means you need to clear you java cache and run start.jnlp again.

@andrew77 yes, if you right click on "My Programs" (or anywhere in the programs list) a menu option is "Find/Replace". You can search for device or you can search for raw text. If you've already deleted the old device it probably won't show up in any programs as it would error out. If you used the same name for the new device and didn't "replace device" (On the device you have an option to "Replace {device} with") it probably didn't put the new device into the old programs (I'm not sure if it's going to randomly restore a device if you removed it then added a new device and called it the same).
Another option is to look at the summary tab and see if there's a recent run program (when you wake up). It's possible a recently run program will show you what's turning that light on if it's indeed a program.

@RedReiter83 just in case this might have been a glitch in 3.2.1 please update to 3.2.2 (just released today).
After you update, try using a different browser. I always use Chrome and it works fine. I've never seen it not populate the pull down where "production store" should show. You're on Firefox. Perhaps you're running a plugin or something that's blocking some portions of the site from loading.
Try in a private browsing session and/or try in a different browser.
When I tried in Firefox (and in Chrome) it never allowed the dropdown to be empty. Are you running any other VPN or internet security software that might block web from loading all aspects?
Last option is to click "System" -> "Switch portal profile" and log into the portal again.

Just checked my settings currently. Somehow I don't even have the bridge address in the setup.
Which bridge do you have? I think they have a v2 out as the current generation. It's the square shaped bridge.
Since it looks like you've gotten beyond the part about the node server not being registered you should be able to restart the node server and it should automatically query the bridge.
I might remove the address just to try it auto finding it. If you need it you can add the custom parameter in. Mine also doesn't have user/pass settings. I'd prefer not to have user/pass stored in the node server so hopefully manually linking as the node server starts up works out for you. If you want/need the user pass then you need to add them as custom parameters.
Try this:
Open PG3x to Hue node server log Change log to "debug", turn off AutoScroll Press button on Hue Bridge Restart Node Server Manually scroll the log area watching the output. Hopefully it will auto connect! Like I said...I set mine up a long time ago so I don't remember all the steps I went through if I had issues. So far it's working out okay.
I know there was talk about a new API being worked on by Hue and I think the developer was holding off adding "new" stuff to the node server until that API was finished. I'm not sure the status of that, but if there is new stuff hopefully it will get added. Works well for my current situation though so I'm not checking it out all the time.

I suspect you might have a license on the eisy. Bullet bolded below says not to have it licensed or only have a trial. If you've got a license on the eisy you will need UDI to help complete the migration.

The wiki is more the living documentation type so it's been updated to be more accurate. The Cookbook was written/released once and hasn't been updated. It's mostly just a copy of the wiki at that moment in time and relates to 4.x firmware (in most situations...if memory serves.). While a lot of the parts of the cookbook still apply some parts are very outdated and the wiki is the more current documentation to reference.

This sounds like a Java compatibility issue since you're having the issue with two computers. What version of Java are you running? Admin Console is best operated on the general available version from https://www.java.com/en/ (currently Version 8 Update 381).
If you're running a different version follow these steps:
Clear Java Cache (again, checking all three boxes in the process) Delete any admin.jnlp or start.jnlp ANYWHERE on your computer. Search for ud*.state from the root and delete them Uninstall ALL Java versions you are running Reboot Run the java uninstall tool just to be sure - https://www.java.com/en/download/uninstalltool.jsp Download/install java from https://www.java.com/en/ Download start.jnlp from UDI site - https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Run start.jnlp When you get the IoX Finder window that lists your ISY994 it should include a firmware version on the right side of the line. It's in the "Version" column. Let us know what version you see there.
To your earlier questions:
Yes, if you open Task Manager you should see under processes a Java Web Launcher entry that probably has nested items in it. Expand that and you might see "IoX Finder" and "Universal Devices Administration Console". If you right click on the Admin Console you can select "Bring to front" or "Maximize" If that doesn't appear then you have a .state file somewhere that has been corrupted and is hiding that window. That's more than likely "udi_frame.state", but I'm not 100% sure just a guess.
I don't think your issue is SD card related. But if you're dead set on attempting anything with the microSD (uSD) then follow the steps in the wiki found here - https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Replacing/Formatting_an_SD_Card (Note: these are written for older devices, but most should still apply to the ISY994. As @MrBill mentions above the version of Admin Console loaded from the ISY994 is an old version that is just enough to get the card accessible from the ISY994. You then need to download the firmware (hopefully that you note in the above information) and update that manually.
The current firmware for ISY994 is found referenced in the "Current Release" area of the forums. Please pick the correct version and follow the steps to install then you should restore a backup (hopefully you have a recent one) or else you will need to setup the entire system again.
Beyond all these steps, there's not much the forums can help with. We've tried our best given the situation you describe based on our experience. If you're still having issues you would need to begin a support ticket with UDI (https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets). Since the ISY994 is no longer being supported and there is no free support you will need to pay for the assistance.

What firmware are you running? And have you power cycled the Polisy since any recent firmware update?
There were reports by others that Z-Wave quit working with recent Zigbee firmware release that I think is being worked on. I haven't noticed any other comments about the Zigbee portion not working now.
You might want to open a support ticket if a simple power cycle doesn't fix it. Either use the multi-function button to reboot the Polisy or remove the power supply, wait 30-60 seconds and plug it back in. Wait several minutes before attempting to open admin console.

@someguy looks like you’re on a Polisy and running PG3. You’re probably on the most current version for PG3. The release you linked to is for PG3x that until recently was only for eisy. You can move up to PG3x, but if you are still using PG2 then you shouldn’t because that will be removed.

The current suggested/recommended method for updating is always through admin console using the “upgrade packages” in the Configuration tab.
You are on the most current version of IoX so you’re good there. (As of today!)

There are some posts about that from others that updated to PG3x so maybe read those posts. But just know there is no going back if you make the move and realize you didn’t really want to.
Once you’re on PG3x you would run the “upgrade packages” and it should bring you up to 3.1.36 (current PG3x version).

@naeblis welcome to the forums. I'll assume that "no longer showing online" means from the Portal when logged in.
Are you able to access the device locally with admin console from a computer? Make sure that you can connect to the device locally. It's possible during the moving around or power cycling that it activated the wireless setup and didn't reconnect via the wired connection. Unlikely since I think when a network cable is connected the wireless is disabled, but could still have been bumped inadvertently to initiate the wireless setup.
Check from your router if you see the mac address for the eisy as a connected device.
Lastly, double check that the portal registration isn't pending in the admin console. Configuration tab -> Portals
That should show "Online" and "Registered"

The Geofence can trigger a program that could evaluate the time of day and fire or not fire as needed. It's not built into the app ability at this point. Not sure if it's on the future upgrade process, but easiest way is to trigger a program.

Yes, I've used gmail since day 1 and other than making minor adjustments when Google changed how to log in it's worked very well for me.

There was a post a while back (maybe a year or more) about something happening with outlook.com for sending emails. I haven't tried setting it up recently, but know when that post was made used some outlook.com settings and it also worked well. I just have better success with gmail.

If the program you posted is the only one triggering based on motion then it shouldn't be doing it during the day, but now you've said you've adjusted the motion sensor to only trigger at night. Did that help? What kind of motion sensor are you using?
It sounds like there might be another program triggering the light. You can use the "Find/Replace" feature in the program tree. Click on the root folder (probably "My Programs"). Right click to get a menu. Select "Find/Replace". You'll get the window to search for finding "Your Devices". Select the "Parking Pad..." and then only hit "Find" (note, you don't want to replace so be sure you only click "FIND"
If you want it to run all night then you should remove the "11:45pm (Same Day)" from the program and make it something like "Sunrise (Next Day)". The example @MrBill gave above was from his own system and it was for a light he wants to turn off before midnight. The example I gave above turns my lights on and off around the sunset/sunrise time. You would want something similar to allow the motion to trigger during the middle of the night.
What you posted in a screen shot above could be your issue. Unless you modified THAT program. The way you had it in the screen shot was that anytime there was motion they light would come on. You also ran the "THEN" of the Sunset path meaning whatever that program does happened following the program you posted.
When you call on a "THEN" there's no evaluation of that program and it just runs "THEN". So even though the sunset program probably has a time to happen you're avoiding that schedule when you run "THEN" of that program.
Since you've been modifying several programs please post all CURRENT programs that trigger the light (Sunset, Sunrise (if still 2 programs), and motion trigger). This way we can accurately review what is currently being used.

Yes. It's normal "now". Seems to be changed from a previous update. I noticed same thing in recent PG3x update process.
What are you trying to update? Looks like you are current for IoX and PG3.
