Missing zones in Elk module

I know this has been talked about before but none of the resolutions have solved my problem of missing zones.

I have an assortment of both wired and wireless zones. All of my wireless zones appear in the Isy but none of my wired zones show up.

I am using Homeseer and I am getting status changes on my wired zones, albeit they are not labeled as to what they are just the zone number as shown below:

8/27/2013 4:17:43 PM - ISY Insteon - ****** Trigger event [ELK 1 0 0] [Area] [:]

8/27/2013 4:17:40 PM - ISY Insteon - ****** Trigger event [ELK 1 0 0] [Area] [:]

8/27/2013 4:17:39 PM - ISY Insteon - ****** Trigger event [ELK 1 0 0] [Area] [:]

8/27/2013 4:17:35 PM - ISY Insteon - ****** Trigger event [ELK 1 0 0] [Area] [:]

8/27/2013 4:10:12 PM - ISY Insteon - ISY Firmware version: 4.0.5

8/27/2013 4:10:03 PM - ISY Insteon - ISY Firmware version: 4.0.5

At the end of the day I end up with a ton of these "Trigger events" everytime a wired motion sensor it tripped.

Any idea as to why my three "wired" zones are not showing up in either the ISY or Homeseer and how can I prevent the endless logging of these zones to Homeseer?

Thanks for any help with this issue.

Hi Steve,

That's quite odd. Have you refreshed the topology?

The only reason that I can think of is that those zones are not being communicated back to ISY. Have you contacted ELK support?

With kind regards,

Michel

Steve,

Did you ever get this resolved? The reason I am asking, I am currently having the same issue with my system. I can only see 1-20 of my 23 hardwired zones.

If it you did get this resolved, what did you do to do so?

Hello ejh3,

No we have not been able to resolve it yet. We are working with ELK to figure out where the problem lines. Please note that if you have a leading space in the Zone name it may not show up in ISY.

With kind regards,

Michel
