Remotelinc 2 hard to wake up

Hi Guys;

 

Sometimes my remotelinc 2 wont wake up.

I flick the on off switch, the hold down buttons, I click one endlessly.

 

This is new behaviour.

I do have a PLM that's died and I'm still awaiting the replacement.

I cant see that being the issue.

 

 

And ideas?

Does the Status LED even flash?

Have you verified it is charged well?

 

My thoughts are it is failing but calling the Insteon Gold Support Line may yield added information.
