There are a few threads on this topic.  It seems smarthome removed the all off function, maybe just from the 8 button.  The All off description had been removed from the user's manual and I had talked with supprt to confirm this.  You can do a work around with a program.

Can you clarify this a bit for me?  When you press a button to turn the devices off, is it the button that you presses that remains On?  If so, then the button is NOT in non-toggle Off mode.  A button in non-toggle Off will blink twice then go off after being pressed. 

 

If the button(s) that is/are staying on are on a different KPL, then you will need to include them in the scene that you are turning off as responders.

The scene has a KPL button programmed as a controller and non-toggle-off. When that button is pressed it turns off, let's say, devices A, B, C & D which were included in the scene as responders. The problem, the KPL buttons which displayed ON for KPL buttons A, B, C & D continue to display their status as ON despite the fact that the scene ran successfully and turned them OFF. I would like for their displayed button status to reflect their true status, that is, OFF.

I think I understand what you mean but let me make sure-

 

When you say devices A,B,C and D you are referring to thinks other than KPL buttons such as Switchlincs or Outletlincs correct?  In addition, for each of those devices, you have assigned a KPL button to display they're individual status. Correct?

 

If both of my questions above are correct then all you need to do is include the additional KPL buttons in the scene that the initial Non-Toggle Off KPL Button is controlling.  Add them as responders.

That's a common problem on newer KPLs. A solution is to use a program such as the one EricK linked to (#3). You'll need to create a scene that has the button as a responder and control the scene because keypad secondary buttons cannot be controlled using a direct command.

 

Here's part of a program I use:

 

If
        Control 'DR / Devices / DR Side Door KPL / DR Side Door B Dine Out' is switched Off
     Or Control 'LR / Devices / LR Ceiling Light KPL 20 / LR Light KPLD Dine Out' is switched Off

Then
        Wait  2 seconds
        Set Scene 'Dine Out Buttons' Off
 
Else
   - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')

Check the links I have posted, I think there is a hardware problem with some KPLs.  I have multiple all off kpl buttons around the house.  But there is one on an 8 button that fuctions as an all of, meaning it turns off all scene memebers, but the KPL remains lit.  It is set to non-toggle off.
