I purchased the network module this afternoon, I was under the impression that it included two year subscription to portal. The tab for networking shows up under configuration but I don't see a tab for the portal. Also when I go to my.isy.io and log in it shows my isy offline. I assume this I because I haven't not authorized it. If I go to manage modules it says everything is up to date.

Did you purchase the Network Module or the ISY Portal two year subscription that has the network Module in it?

That's embarrassing, I bought the network module. Not the portal module.

 

Why are there two modules so similar for the same price.

 Stuff happens.  Alas, it's the weekend -- but no worries, if you send an email to UDI's support team, they'll fix it when they get back.

The Network Module after purchase. Is yours for ever.

The Portal Module 2 year subscription has the Network Module as part if it.  I believe it goes away after 2 years if the subscription is not renewed.

 

UDI's excellent support staff, can easily fix it as pointed out.

I am blown away by support. Within 15 minutes of opening a support ticket on a Sunday it was taken care of.

That can't be true. All? 10 years old want to be older. It's only the "older" ones that want to be younger.

 

I know it is tough, but you just have to take it on the chin sometimes. :)

17 year old girls seem to be easy to find. At least that's what the big bruise on my rib cage proves to me. My wife has a very sharp elbow. I tried to explain to her that Saigon is just one big outdoor art museum and it's there to look at all the beauty.
